With the development of the third times oil extraction technique and application of polymer injected pump, a comprehensive device was urgently needed which can accurately measure and display the parameters such as the machine sets efficiency of polymer pump, capacity efficiency and unit capacity depletion. It can also save the results to form history data, so we can adjust the process in order to improve the efficiency of the oil extraction.This paper introduced a new style comprehensive parameter test device of polymer injected pump including its main function, measure method, hardware circuit, software design and error analysis. This device was applied to the work site of oil field for the detecting of several operating pump parameters. It can test the input active power of pump, entry and exit pressure of the pump. It can also measure the flow capacity of polymer. The data measured can be delivered to upper-computer for data processing, therefore we can get the machine sets efficiency, capacity efficiency and unit depletion of the injected pump.The data was managed, displayed and transferred by upper-computer. An 8-bits single-chip processor of 89C51was used as main control part for the data collecting and saving of each sensor. The data can also be delivered to upper-computer. The function of pump is perfected, and it has high reliability, small size, light weight and easy to use.
