By rapid development of economy, the traditional methods which are used to treat wastewater, biochemical method and chemical method, can not satisfy requirements of the development. The residual toxic material in the treated water has much effect on the life of people, though the treated water gets to current standard in chroma, COD, BOD, etc. For example, the substances in the print and dyeing water and minimal chloroform in water supply, these are cancerogenic.Recent years, many novel techniques come into being. Among these, many researchers pay attention to photocatalysis water treatment technique of nano-semiconductor, it is promising to turn to industry application, but it still has many faulty aspects. For instance, design of photo-reactor, integration technique of complete sets of equipment and defects of nano-titanium dioxide (TiO2) which is popularly used as photocatalyst.In this dissertation, annular photo-reactor is built, the modified Two-flux model is used to simulate luminous intensity distribution in the annular heterogeneous photo-reactor. The equivalence concept is applied to the determination of the parameter Wca, the quantity of organic contaminant is transformed to some quantity of catalyst in equal effect, This method solves problem of determination of parameters, Then luminous intensity distribution model of liquid-solid slurry system can be built. Using methyl orange(MO) as a model, relation between luminous intensity and degradation velocity, and relation between original concentrate of MO and degradation velocity is determined by experiments, then the intrinsic kinetic equation comes from the two relations. Resident time distribution is also measured by experiment. Annular reactor model is built by combining three aspects. Experiments prove that the relativity of the model is good. It can offer much reference to the design of heterogeneous liquid annular reactor. The error between computational reaction efficiency 22.04% and experiment result 18.67% is minor.Using annular photo-reactor for reference, the span between lamp and reaction tube in tube reaction is determined by the measure of the distribution curve between luminous intensity and the span. Then, A photocatalytic tubular reactor is established, which is above 5 times efficiency than a batch one in the same conditions. The indexes of the treated Shengze wastewater are better.TiO2 whisker doped Pt in the method of light reduction and TiO2 granule, they are used as catalyst to do some chloroform degradation experiments in slurry system. In the process of research, which is about the influence of the different methods of aerating, we detect the concentrate of chloridion on line in the process of photodegradation and measure the DO in the different reaction moment. We find that oxygen play a different role and is consumed in the process of photodegradation of chloroform. This phenomenon conforms to the mechanism of chloroform degradation. At the same time, we find that the reaction rate of TiO2 whisker doped Pt is not only bigger than TiO2 particles, but also the reaction processes are completely different. The phenomena are analyzed using organic adsorption theory in liquid phase. The microcosmic structure of TiO2 whisker is the reason which leads to high photocatalysis activity.
