In recent years, more and more attentions are paid on the nanocomposites with the rapid development of the nano-technology. Nano-plastics are one of them. They are multifunctional and can be mass produced. We can make full use of their universal and special property according to the needs. So, how to synthety, formation , fabrication modify the nanocomposites has been the hot point.Based on this view, we select LDPE as the fundamental resin, design a series of experiments. As we all know, LDPE's light-resistant quality is not very good, but it is also one of the most useful thermoplastics. Sometimes we have to add light stabilizer, but at the same time its mechanical property is deceased and costs is increased. So, how to seek some materials to guarantee its mechanical property and improve light fastness has been the hot point.We take phthalate ester modified nano-ZnO and LDPE as the basic materials, in accordance with plastic filling mechanism ,produce nano-ZnO/LDPE composite. We have studyed emulsifier's type and worth, packing methods, different working course in order to find how they effect composite's tensile quality, flow capacity, photo stability.The experimental results prove that we select definite quantity, qualitative dispering agent, make nano-ZnO and some other suitable materials into stem, then dispering stem into LDPE ,lastly we apply double screw mixer to make prill and Brabender mixer to squeez sheet, We can receive satisfied consequence.
