The technique of computer-visualization and the principal as well as method of dynamic prediction of information for mining safety monitoring are discussed detailedly in this paper. The powerful information visualization and processing for the mining safety monitoring system (IVPMS) is developed and applied in Ximing coal mine of Shanxi coke group, which consists of four parts: dynamic prediction of information for mining safety monitoring, visual interfaces for display, sound and movable picture alarm and expertise system when disaster occurrence, monitoring information network transmission. IVPMS is developed by Visual C++ 6.0, the object-oriented program design language in the environment of Windows and adopted navigational software structure. The interface of IVPMS is normative and uniform, theoperability is great improved. Good results in Ximing coal mine show that IVPMS is very practical, easy to operate, dynamic prediction model developed by IVPMS is accurate and reliable, also the system can give engineer much help and has great practicality. The system developed successfully enhanced the information technology level of coal mine safety and supplied reliable guarantee for safety production of coal mine. So, the system has important popularization and application prospect.
