The research progress of a -heteroatom substituted phosphonic acid derivatives are reviewed in this paper. Based on the former work of our workgroup,twenty-six new a -alkyl oxophosphonic acid derivatives were designed and synthesized which keep the basic structure of phenoxy acetoxy alkyl phosphonates and alter the substituted groups of benzene. And a new series of bisphosphonic acid derivatives analogues were synthesized on the ruler of activity splice. These title compounds can be divided into two series according their structures: I a- (substituted phenoxy acetoxy) alkyl phosphonates (26 compounds,Ia~z)II 1,4-benzoyloxy alkyl 0,0-dimethyl phosphonates (12 compounds,IIa~1)The reaction condition and the synthetic methods of two kinds of title compounds were studied.Furthermore, the synthetic condition of series II and the intermediatesof series I -pheoxy acetoxy were researched specially. AH the title compounds were characterized by IR,MS,'HNMR and element analysis. In additional title compounds were tested for bioactivity including herbicidal,fungicidal,insecticidal activity.The twelve compounds of series II were tested for regulating activity.Discussed the influence of altering of substituted groups and basic structure. Most of Ia~z and IIa~1 exhibited some certain bioactivity. Some of IIa~1 showed more better plant regulator for wheat and cucumer activity than IAA at 10ppm.
