The Z-N catalyst was researched and developed successful in the 1950's, and was used in polyolefme industry by and by. As such technique becomes mature increasingly , it was used in the gas-phase reactor polythene technology .The Z-N catalyze is the production of 1-3 clan metal alkyl compound, aromatic metal compound and the hydride reacting with 4-5 clan interim metal. Due to the progress, the catalyst can advance MFR and density of production, broaden MWD , Titanium-group catalyst is one kind of high-activation catalyst, It is used in the ethylene copolymerization system ,and can produce resin whose molecular weight distributing is cabined within the very broad molecular weight range. So that it has substituted some low-activation catalyst one by one, and the production efficiency has been advanced 50%.Being a activated catalyst ,M-1 catalyst is chemical compounded from Mg-Ti-THF which were handled through organic plumbum .The compound is called matrix, it was made from MgCl2. TiCl4 and THF reacting in THF solution .The matrix , which is provided to gas-stream reactor, is churned up in the way of physics, or (best) is carried to the tiny hole of the high surface silicon dioxide carrier.Through researching the reaction that M-1 catalyst is used in polyethylene reaction, the structural characteristic of catalyst and the demand of gas polymerization reaction, we know the important effect ion which the catalyst's preparing quantity and composing relate to the size and pile density of resin and the productivity. Through research we can define the effect that Titanium-group catalyst's component act to gas polymerization, therefore the result can help us to improve the knowledge of Titanium-group catalyst and gas-stream reactor theoretic in theory and practice, thus distinguish the disciplinarian between the two things, advance the industry application of Z-N catalyst, then it can provide the guarantee to the long-period and high-efficiency running of the unit.
