Nowadays, in our country nearly all the produed oil-fields have already entered the period of high water cut, and the six oil-fields of Daqing and Shengli oil-field etc. have exceeded eighty percent water cut. Sazhong district has produced for forty-one years, and its output has a history of thirty-nine years from the increasing stage to steady stage, and now it has entered into the descending output stage and its water cut has reached eighty-eight percent. The increased production is descending year by year. Further more the difference of every layer is only three or four percent, so the oil-field is facing "three high"situation, that is high water cut, high output extent and high degression. In order to control the descending rate and prolong the effective period of oil-field, during "the Eighth Five-years", the reasonable producing rate has been adopted, which has achieved obvious effects. This dissertation has made full analyse to all the produce patterns of national and overseas, and on the base of which, mainly using the produce practice and theory of Daqing oil-field and considering, that of otheroil-fields, this dissertation concludes the changing rules of production index after the period of the high water cut in Sazhong oil-field, and as for the allover adjustment of watering-production structure it makes fully research and discussion. Of course, the point is the technology in Sazhong oil-field, the calculating method and priciples of economic recoverable reserves, and it gives the evaluating results and reserves potential from 2001 to 2010, a lot of insightful acquaintance and conclusions are advanced. It will be of great valuable reference to guide future production deploy and important decision-making.
