Nanosized Bi2O3 particles were prepared with the room-temperature solid-state method, the DMF/H2O system method, the glycol system method, and the size and shape of the particle was controlled by the additive of surfactant. In the room-temperature solid-state method, the nanometer Bi2O3 particles were formed by the additive of fecula or PEG20000, and the Bi2O3 particles of olive or pole in shape were formed by the additive of critic acid; The scattered Bi2O3 particles 50~70 run in size were prepared the first time in the DMF/H2O system; The transformation of crystalline Bi2O3 from monoclinic crystal to tetragonal crystal was observed in the glycol system reaction. Nanosized La2CuO4 cuprate oxide with a perovskite structure was prepared with the precipitate method, the stearic acid method and the critic acid method. The scattered and homogeneous nanosized La2CuO4 particles were formed by the additive of surfactant in the precipitate method; It was proved that the atearic acid method is a rapid and simple method to prepare Nanosized La2CuO4 particles. The scattered and homogeneous nanosized particles were also formed by the additive of PEG20000 in the critic acid method.
