Now Electroosmotic Dewatering has been successfully applied in sludge dewatering . A lot of research on raising the rate of electroosmotic dewatering and electrode material erosion has been carried out . But research on electroosmotic dewatering applied in the field of food processing is now in the developing period, this thesis is dealing with the application of electroosmotic dewatering in food processing. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: 1. CFD(combined field dewatering involving elctroosmosis and pressure), Pressure alone and heat drying were performed on Okara , apple pomace shattered meat and carrot pomace to evaluate which material is fit for CFD. CFD applied on those material with high content of protein fibre and which particle size is less than 0.5mm is efficient and energy saving. 2. The quality of Tofu梥kin which is near the anode was enhanced by applying CFD on the dewatering processing of Tofu梥kin. 3. Applying CFD on the processing of okara food, CFD can save the finite energy. And the practical processing of okara food was directed. Some proposal of further study about the continuous apparatus of electroosmotic dewatering and okara food were put forward in the end.
