The Research Of Mechanism On Composite Material Of SiC Reinforcing Basic Steel

This paper use casting to make the composite material of particleof SiC and the base of steel .The distributing of SiC in the compositematerial and the decomposer of SiC and interface between steel andSiC are analyzed too. At the same time, The contrast of mechanicalfeatures,for example hardness,wearness and so on,between basicmaterial and composite material are also tested .The paper emphasizemechanism of the composite material, applying to the theory oftechnological mechanics to set up the mathematical model, so itanalyze the mechanism of SiC reinforce the basic steel form themicrocosmical point of view. The result of energy and the process ofcross-resistance are measured to analyze the principle of the compositematerial.
