Leachate treatment of garbage landfill is an orgnic waste with high-concentration and high-toxic, the unappropriate treatment would do harm to people's health who live nearby. There are so many treatment ways, however most of them have some flaws but no perfect ones.Based on the leachate treatment of garbage landfill in Tengzhou, Shandong Province, take treatment equipments and facilities as a reference, as well as the specific characteristics of Tengzhou, this article choose the MBR(A/O+UF) plus (NF/RO) as an appropriate method to design a comprehensive technology.Then this article does reserch on the changing trend of leachate water, technology effects on the COD/NH3-N, optimization of MBR/NF and RO operating conditions as well as an appropriate operating parameters, the outcome as below: (1)Leachate's concentration like COD/ NH3-N of Tengzhou is lower than most northern cities, data in the past one year reveal obvious changes among seasons, average COD of summer and autumn are lower, 60007000mg/ as usual; well the data are 70008000mg/L in spring and winter. (2)when the temperature stays 3436℃, the relux ratio of nitrification liquid is 300%, DO of denitrification tank below 0.4mg/L, pH is 67, HRT is 18h; when the DO of nitrification tank is 2.02.2 mg/L, pH is 78, HRT is 72h, MBR does good to pollutant removal, COD/NH3-N decrease from 60007000mg/L, 250500 mg/L to 8001000 mg/L, 414 mg/L, removal ratio of COD/NH3-N could up to 88%/97%. (3)Removal effects of MBR have connection with COD/NH3-N's concentration and temperature; the removal ratio could up to 88% when the COD's concentration is 63006900mg/L; however the removal ratio and COD's concentration showe reverse change later. (4) Follow-up treatment systems just like NF and RO, COD could decrease from 8001000 mg/L, 5090 mg/L to 5090 mg/L, 1040 mg/L, removal ratio could up to 90%/65%, water ratio could up to 85%/80% under the best condition, which means temperature is 30℃35℃, pH is 6.77.1, press of fliter is 1.83.2bar. At the same time, NF mostly has no interception to NH3-N, well RO has some removal effects to NH3-N(about 5%). (5)The final COD is 1131mg/L, BOD is 310mg/L, NH3-N is 314mg/L, TN is 518mg/L and pH is 6.57.0, this outcome can reach the Landfill Pollution Control Standards (GB16889-2008) and Integrated Emission Standard of Water Pollutants of Shandong Province (DB37/599-2006).Caculately, the investment fee of MBR+ applicated in this article is RMB42,000/t, operation fee is RMB26.15/t, the cost is not high. At last, this article makes summaries and comments to water quality, operating situation, economic effects and safety, proves that MBR+ is a high quality method with low cost, offeres reference to Leachate treatment of garbage for most northern part of China.
