Gas hydrate, which is formed by some water molecules and natural gas molecules under the low temperature and high pressure(normally 0℃,10MPa),is a new type of substituted energy. The research of gas hydrate becomes the hotspot of the development of the geosciences and the energy industry of the present age. Natural gas hydrate sampling technique is the implementation of its exploration and development of key technologies. This article through the study of natural gas hydrate in nature, building insulation of gas hydrate holding the theoretical basis of sampling method for wireline to design out of natural gas hydrate thermal pressure retaining rope coring drill prototype.Main content of this article: 1, the study of gas hydrates, describes the characteristics of gas hydrate occurrence, distribution, temperature and pressure characteristics, physical and mechanical properties. 2,Through the characteristic analysis of natural gas hydrates on the exploration of special requirements, both coring under certain temperature and pressure. Ensure the integrity of core to prevent the decomposition of gas hydrates. 3,Investigation of domestic natural gas hydrate sampling theory, applications, technology, process methodology, key technologies, such as development and insufficient. 4,By the above analysis study and formulate overall programmes, including thermal insulation and packing methods, core drilling method selection, improvements to existing wireline drilling, required to achieve design parameters, function composition of parts, drilling tool applicable conditions.5,Coring drill design as a whole, Including the dimensions of each body part and its OK. 6,Insulation packing calculation and check of rope drill key parts, including calculation of impact mechanism of calculation verification, verification, suspension ring control calculation and check of the spring and valve spring calculation verification, sampling cylinders pressure check. 7,Numerical simulation of semiconductor refrigeration, simulation by ANSYS finite element simulation software in the semiconductor refrigeration temperature with cooling time in the process of change in core temperature distribution.
