China is the largest coal producing and consuming contury in the World. Massive destruction of land resources led by coal production have affected the ecological environment in mining areas and social sustainable development seriously, therefore, how to do the work of land reclamation in mining areas has been a vital task for government departments and large coal mining enterprises. In recent years, scientists have made a remarkable progress for the research on land reclamation technology, especially for the northern plain coal mine, yet they have few research for the mountain coal mine, as for the mountain coal mine which have scattered distribution, many mining points as well as complicated eco-environmental damage, which is far from satisfying the growing emphasis on eco-environmental protection and sustainable development requirements of the mining area.In this thesis, the suitable methods and technology for land reclamation in mountain-coal-mine were investigated on the basis of extensive related literature.By anlysizing the different characteristics of land destruction by coal extraction in mountainous mine areas and plain mine areas , obtained a conclusion about mountain-coal-mine land reclamation focused on damaged land governance due to digging, land pressure caused by destruction and the ecological balance reconstruction. It took Guizhou Pu'an as an example for a specific and detailed land reclamation plan and engineering planning and designing and analyzed land reclamation technology for sloping arable land, waste rock site remediation and water conservancy construction in mountain-coal-mine.It had been looking forward to providing a reference for in-depth study on mountain-coal-mine land reclamation in the future.
