| Based on the methords of histrocal geography, histrocall climatology and statistics,the paper first examines the reliability of the documentary in both local and central government in Qing dynasty, then picks up the records about storm, flood and anything related. Sort thess records by time resolution and place the events happed, this paper reconstructs 263 typhoon events invading the coast of east China,including the province Jiangsu,Shanghai and Zhejiang in Qing Dynasty.
