Changbai mountain is located in northeast China, is an important area, also is in northeast of China and northeast Asia region and the sensitive climate in global climate change, research changbai mountain area normalization vegetation index and climate factors, this paper discusses the main vegetation cover changes and climate factor, the relationship between research and northeast of northeast vegetation climate response to offer some reference and mechanism for changbai mountain region, give full play to realize the effective utilization of resources and the sustainable development.In this paper, from 1999 to 2007, based on SPOT remote sensing images and Changbai Mountain in 22 meteorological stations in temperature and precipitation data analysis NDVI index change and its relationship with the major climatic factors in Changbai Mountain area, using ARCGIS9 .2, ENVI4.5, SPSS16.0, Excel and other software, using MVC maximum synthesis, the linear trend analysis, Spearson correlation analysis and other methods of data derived from a series of time and space analysis, mainly including :(1) The Changbai Mountain area changes in NDVI time series analysis, analysis of 1999-2007 changes in NDVI, multi-year multi-month average of the mean changes and changes in the situation, analysis of the study area NDVI index in time change.(2) The annual average NDVI in Changbai Mountain region sequence of changes in spatial analysis and the study area, NDVI values in different regions of the distribution; the use of 1999 and 2007 NDVI images, the difference map analysis of the study area in 1999 to 2007 the vegetation changes.(3) In the NDVI and temperature-related research, analysis of NDVI and temperature changes over the years, months and the annual average change in the mean change in the performance of relevance, to analyze the temperature at different time-varying impact on the NDVI.(4) In the NDVI and precipitation related research, analysis of NDVI and precipitation changes over the years, months and the annual average change in the mean change in the performance of relevance, to analyze changes in precipitation at different times and the impact on the NDVI.(5) Will be the changes in annual average NDVI distribution maps, respectively, with the average annual temperature and precipitation interpolation map enjoy the contrast, analysis of temperature and precipitation in space and the impact on the NDVI.
