Qizong-hydropower project in Yunnan Province is located at the Jinsha River, which is at the junction of Lijiang and Diqing City. The area near the hydropower Dam has complex geological background in the hydropower project planning stage, it't a great impact of planning and design program of the hydropower project Based on the study of geological structure and development characteristics to explore in depth the complexity of the structure of the environment aspects of the project impact.Geological structure and development characteristics of the study, including,(1) to demonstrate a number of strong fault zone in the region, including the Jinsha River fault activity; (2) to demonstrate the existence and the distribution of the fault and fold structure near the dam; (3) through the fault analysis and to stress the objective of the test reveals the current structure - the law of seismic activity and mechanisms, as well as provides a scientific evaluation of the stability near the dam area.The complexity of geological structure on the impact of project research in this area include: the stability of structures near the dam area, karst leakage, site selection and reservoir induced seismicity,etc.Study of tectonic stability, mainly through the comprehensive evaluation of on-site research and analysis of finite element simulation of the combination.Fracture in the regional framework, based on the analysis of rock of the earth's crust stress - deformation field of numerical simulation, the conclusion of the safet in faults near the dam should be come out.Research results show that the safety of the the fracture is relatively high in the region or near the dam.Thus the structure of the project the stability of the region was less affected.Leakage of the proposed dam area of karst research, through on-site hydro-geological surveys, the development characteristics of can be mastered. On base of such Stephen, the development structure of the distribution of karst formation control will analysis focusly, and study in-depth of cave and karst channel leakage characteristics and controlling factors of development..The results based on the analysis of research and two-dimensional numerical simulation of the distribution of the valley rock stress field is that the dam under paragraph is much better than the other two.The earthquake that induced reservoir also be discussed in such thesis.The factors, which include reservoir size, lithology, structure, infiltration conditions, stress state and regional seismic activity, should be deeply considered in the context. The possibility evaluation of induced earthquakes in the reservoir area will be drown out through the probability analysis...
