In this paper , we studied the influence of anthropogenic disturbances on the species diversity of Liliaceae in broad-leaved/Korean pine mixed forest in Lu shui he, Jilin Province. Then , the ecological factors about the species diversity of Liliaceae plant were discussed and analyzed. We designed 32 plots from broad-leaved/Korean pine mixed forest in Lu shui he, Jilin Province. Three management modes as selective cutting , strub cutting and clear cutting were conducted, as well as the habitats in both sunny and shady slopes of mountain. Bathed on the Shanon-Wiener index (H), Pielou index (J) and Margalef index (R) ,we investigated and compared the 8 genus Liliaceae plants which were easy to be finded in understory conditions .The results showed that anthropogenic disturbances had altered the understory light conditions , and impacted the species diversity of Liliaceae plants obviously. The Shanon-Wiener index (H),and Margalef index (R) of Liliaceae plants in the virgin forest were significantly higher than those in the broad-leaved/Korean pine mixed forest with different disturbances . In selective cutting and clear cutting areas the Pielou index (J) of Liliaceae plants was higher. And in the strubs cutting areas, the three styles of species diversity indexes were the lowest. Acording to initial investigations, anthropogenic disturbances had altered the understory light conditions , impacted the humidity under the forest ,and changed the species diversity of Liliaceae plants. On the other hand, compared the sunny and shady slopes of mountain, with every styles of anthropogenic disturbance, the results suggested that the influence from light and water were the most important reasons which deciding the growth and distrbution of Liliaceae plants. In adation, they wouldn't be changed by anthropogenic disturbances.
