In order to understand that glacial ablation water to river runoff's function and glacial recession speed in different sections at different periods of time, this paper takes Hailuogou glacier runoff as the object of study, through sampling in Hailuogou river, has analyzed oxyhydrogen isotope and the tritium content distribution rule in the glacier river source and the river course, obtains the following conclusion:(1) The component of glacial-river source has obvious variations in different seasons and different time (morning, evening). At summer evening, water from glacial region account for about 82.4% of total, and water from other account for 17.6%. In the morning, water from glacial region account for about 74.6% of total, water from other account for 25.4%. The maximum of glacial-melt amount may account for about 6.9% to 7.8% of total water. In winter, the isotope compositions of flows from end of the glacial tongue (BCH-1) and glacier hydrological station (HLG-6) are lower than that of bottom glacier (BCB-2:-16.639%o), showing obviously isotopic unequilibrium. This reflects that in winter, being substituted by dominant rain and snow from upper glacier, the melt water of bottom glacier accounts for little of total resource water, which indicates that the shrink rate of local glacier evidently decreases in winter compared with that in summer.(2) Down of the glacier hydrological station, in the region of Daozhongqiao and Shanshuping, it reveals distinctly isotopic abnormity. The isotopic tracing showed that there exists water leakage near the glacier hydrological station, which may stretch to Daozhongqiao (over sampling location HLG-13) in summer. The leakage water flow through underground channels and reflux into riverway as get to Shanshuping region (sampling location HLG-2).(3) The glacier winter source runoff presents that hydrogen isotopic content and the deuterium excessive parameter in morning is somewhat low, in afternoon it advances. This situation responded the different origin water body occupies the dynamic change process which the leading superiority transforms mutually. In the morning lowδD, the low d value showed that the contribution of ground water increases; In the afternoonδD and the d value advances responded the mospheric water gets the advantage relatively.(4) The Hailuogou runoff isotope presents the effect of altitude. The winter runoff is mainly the mospheric water ingredient, the effect of altitude is obvious; In summer, the runoff in certain extent is influenced by the dissolved glacier water, the mospheric water effect of altitude is relatively weakened.
