This paper gets the concepts and algebra relations of Symmetric Function and Asymmetric Loss Function by introducing the background of the treatise written by Tian kou. And it concludes the quality level of two kinds of functions by analyzing.In the course of the general statistic normal distribution, this paper takes Asymmetric Loss Function for example, discussing how to get the maximum and minimum of differential equation, make the adjustment parameter and make it superior by analyzing the monotony, maximum, and minimum of function.Meanwhile through using the infinitesimal method of maximum and minimum two unit function to define proposes that the second power error is a function with gradual reduction and has no minimum, the smaller, the better, which shows the necessary of steady design. and this it is feasible, rational, scientific to make a sensitivity design by adjusting the parameter of another equation with the minimum of zero.This paper deduces and some important conclusions in the course of parameter design, supplementing some definitions, formulas qualities ,function images, concept ,which are relevant to the demonstration .After referring to many journals, books, documents and relevant materials, I succeed in writing up the paper and benefit a lot .
