North part of Tianshan Mountain is the important economic development zone of West Development strategy in Xinjiang, also is the core of local economic construction. However, it is very vulnerable in eco-environment because of many reasons, such as lie in the hinterland of Eurasia, far from the ocean, heavy evaporation, scare precipitation, rich sunshine and too small relative humidity. Preliminary study shows that vertical change is the chief way of groundwater cycle in Junggar Basin, the supply quantity of pressure infiltration in the plain of the north part of TianShan Mountain is about 34.28 × 10~8 m~3 , it takes up about 77.8% of total, the evaporation evacuation quantityis about 16.35× 10~8 m~3, it occupies 33.7 percent of total evacuation capacity. Vadose zone, as the joint among the atmospheric precipitation, surface water and the groundwater, plays an important role for the alimentation and evacuation of the groundwater. Therefore, studying the suspended moisture movement mechanism and checking out the space-time distribution characteristic of the infiltration and evaporation intensity is very important for the evaluation of the groundwater resources and the protection of the surface eco-environment.The paper based on the China geographic survey item "The Suspended Moisture Movement Mechanism in the North part of Tianshan Mountain" which is the sub special subject of "Monographic Study of the Groundwater Resources and its Environment Problem in Junggar Basin". I took part in the investigation of the eco-environment and lithogocy character, collection of meteorological data and completed the field test. The paper analyzes the moisture movement regulation by arranging the actual measurement dates combined with meteorological dates and opens the numerical simulation for the regulation of the suspended moisture movement using one dimension moisture movement square in none saturation zone under the guidelization of the soil hydrodynamic theory; and calculates quantitatively the evaporation amount of the surface soil, the water absorption of the plant root...
