Vitamin B12 and its derivatives are becoming the important research subject in medicine, biochemistry and abiochemistry for their particular structure and important physiological functions. Vitamin B12, also called cyanocobalamin, is one of the allimportant water-soluble vitamins in hunmans and animals'bodies. It participates in the single-carbon group metabolism of body of and takes transfering methyl as its main function. Lacking of it will lead to appetite descending, anaemia, dermatitis, hair kraurosis, and down to death.Glucose is one main source of quantity of heat, which can accelerate human metabolism by expediting the process that food passes through liver and kidney of body and finally be egested. Glucose is achromatistous or white crystal granuliform powder with olidless smell and sweet taste. It is hygroscopic and diffluent in water, which has larger tendency to decompose if heated under alkalescent condition. Each one gram glucose can produce 4 karl (16.7 KJ) heat energy, so it is often used to complement quantity of heat. Glucose is component of some disaccharides and amyloses, so it can be easily found in the bodies of animals and humans, but the content of dextrose in human blood is relatively invariable. Glucose molecule is consists of five hydroxyls and one carbonyl, which molecular formula is C6H12O6·H2O with the molecular weight 198.17.As an important analytical instrument, Raman spectroscopy has been widely used...
