The generation and evolving of the meso-micro scale storm do not only connect with environment, but also connect with its own development mechanism. The north of shandong province has unique geographical environment, which is propitious to local heat convection. The meso-micro scale strong storm is the most disaster that often befallens in the north of shandong province. So the research of the topic is very important and necessary.The thesis researches go into the meso-micro scale strong storm taking place in cold eddy weather system. Based on the analysis of the routine data, using the abundant data of the Doppler Radar analyses, the meso-micro scale strong storm process Which happened on 20 July 2003 is studied, and used the products that generated by CINRAD Meteorologic internet applications for analysing the strong storm. Another storm case which happened on 28 June 2003 are also analyzed. The thesis focuses on Vertically Integrated Liquid(VIL) and goes deep into analysis, because VIL is an effective way which can differentiate the disaster of hails etc. According to the research of USA, VIL is one of the most popular products.From the analyses of the thesis, the conclusions are following: The strong storm develops from multicell, the multicell becomes weaker, split and developing again, at last it evolves strong single cell that result in microburst, which brings heavy wind and hails. Bow echo often evolves into line echo wave, which can result in heavy wind disaster possibly .VIL can forecast well when the heavy wind and hails will happen.The above-mentioned conclusions are very important to studying the mechanism of meso-micro scale strong storm in the north of shandong province. The results are valuable for forecasting the heavy wind and hails. Further more, they can provide a good information for hail suppression.
