Hawking pointed out that a new effect, which later became known as Hawking radiation, would arise near the boundary of a black hole. The discovery of Hawking radiation indicates that there is an intimate and deep relationship between thermodynamics, gravity theory and quantum theory. On the basis of the Hawking radiation of black holes, in this thesis we consider the cosmological Hawking radiation. This thesis contains two parts, with the first chapter and the second chapter being part I which is a review and the third chapter being part II which is my research.The first chapter is an introduction, which mainly introduces the background of our research orientation, including the Hawking radiation of black holes. It also points out the motivations for the research on cosmological Hawking radiation.In the second chapter, our main purpose is to introduce the FRW cosmological model, which is the standard cosmological model that agrees with the current observations precisely. In the third chapter, by manipulating the Hamilton-Jacobi tunneling method, we find there is an indeed temperature on the trapping horizon of the FRW universe. Furthermore, we have provided a short but possible explanation.In the fourth chapter, we conclude the content of this thesis, and give a prospect of the future.
