Objective: 1.Using bibliometrics research and visual analysis methods to systematically comb the literature in the research field of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology(FU Qing Zhu Nv Ke,《傅青主女科》,FQZNK)in the past 40 years,to reveal the structure and context of the knowledge field of FQZNK,and to show the research status and development process of this field.2.Using The traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform(V3.0)to digitize and electronize the text information of FQZNK,dig the information out and analyse it,then to summarize Mr.Fu Shan’s academic thoughts and medication rules.Thus this study can provide objective basis for modern research on FQZNK and scientific guidance for modern clinical treatment of gynecological diseases,so as to improve the ability of TCM doctors to diagnose and treat gynecological diseases.3.Guided by the classical thinking of Traditional Chinese medicine,the domain knowledge map of FQZNK is constructed by using informatics method,which provides help for the intelligent application and research of the knowledge of FQZNK.Methods: 1.The author firstly retrieved domestic databases such as: China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Weip Data-base(VIP)and Wan Fang Data,then selected whole related literature in the research field of FQZNK that were collected in these databases from January 1,1980 to March 10,2021.Besides these,bibliometrics,and Cite Space 5.7.R2 software were used to analyse published journals,literature types,the amount of authors’ publications,co-author network,co-institution network,keywords co-occurrence network,keywords clustering,keyword burst and high-frequency citation.The author used The traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform(V3.0)as the basis,electronically calculated and sorted the knowledge of FQZNK,and normatively and standardly disposed the information like disease name,nebula,syndrome,treatment,prescription and composition of medicine in TCM.Then constructed the knowledge database of FQZNK,and conducted statistics,mining,cluster analysis on the data through the platform.Lastly,the author analyzed the law of syndrome treatment in FQZNK and summarized its academic thought.3.The author constructed the data source of knowledge map basing on FQZNK.Then we used the method of artificial knowledge extraction to classify and define the related concepts in FQZNK,which was under the guidance of national planning textbooks,national standards,relevant works and other norms.Lastly we structured the data into triplet form,and used the map database Neo4 j to store and visually display the knowledge map of FQZNK.Results: 1.A total of 678 valid records were included in the final dataset.Some information were found through bibliometrics: The Journal of Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest volume of published articles.The most cited work was ZHOU Mingxin’s article Using the quantitative method to discuss author’s authenticity and formula characteristics of FU Qingzhu’s Obstetrics and Gynecology.Hunan University of Chinese Medicine was the institution with the most publications.YOU Zhaoling,the most published author,published33 articles.Moreover,it was found that most high-yielding researchers came from highyielding institutions.Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed that the keyword “FQZNK”had the highest frequency(597 times)and the highest centrality(1.00).The prescriptions of FQZNK were studied mainly before 2000,the theoretical studies were mainly conducted before 2010,and its clinical application was mainly explored from 2010 until now.Diseases such as dysmenorrhea,morbid vaginal discharge,infertility,metrorrhagia,and polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)have recently become popular topics in this field.2.This study analyzed 150 data of FQZNK included in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing platform(V3.0),and discovered that the top ten of the 85 TCM diseases are:infertility,collapse,postpartum oxaemic flushing stomach,miscarriage,postpartum halo,postpartum diarrhea,dysmenorrhea,postpartum oxaemic flushing heart,bone steaming and postpartum abdominal pain.The top ten of the 50 syndrome types are weakness of Qi and blood,stagnation of liver Qi,deficiency of liver and kidney Yin,deficiency of spleen and kidney,separation of Qi and blood,stagnation of Qi and blood,deficiency of Qi,stagnation of spleen Yang,deficiency of kidney Yang,deficiency of liver and blood.The top ten of the87 treatment types are tonifying Qi and blood,tonifying Qi and spleen,stopping bleeding,regulating liver and relieving depression,tonifying liver and kidney,tonifying kidney and filling essence,tonifying Qi and nourishing blood,tonifying Qi and nourishing Yin,activating vein and increasing the amount of breast milk,tonifying kidney and regulating liver.The top 10 drugs of 175 were Angelica,ginseng,Atractylodes atractylodes,glycyrrhiza,ligusticum chuanxiong,Poria cocos,paeony,rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus and tangerine peel.Drug selection tends to be warm drugs;Sweet,bitter and spicy flavors are the most commonly used.The main drugs were the heart meridian and the spleen meridian,followed by the liver meridian and lung meridian.The combination of Angelica sinensis and ginseng,angelica sinensis and licorice,Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong and human were the most common medicine combinations.The study extracted three core combinations by K-means algorithm and regression model clustering analysis: combination1.Panax ginseng,Atractylodes atractylodes,Gordon Eurox,Chinese yam and cooked Rehmannia glutinosa.Combination 2: Angelica,ginseng,licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Cortex moutan.Combination 3: Angelica,ginseng,Atractylodes atractylodes,licorice,Ligusticum chuanxiong.3.This study classified the original text of FQZNK into six conceptual categories: disease name,nebula,syndrome,treatment,prescription and medicine,and defined the relationship among them.After importing all knowledge data sets into the Neo4 j graph database,a knowledge graph of FQZNK containing 590 entities and 4146 relational triples was formed.Conclusion: 1.The current study provides more scientific,accurate,and comprehensive scientific support for further research and development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in FQZNK.With this foundation,people can use burst detection to ascertain the current hotspots in research,get their development trends,and forecast future research directions.In addition,infertility,morbid vaginal discharge,flooding,and PCOS treatments based on TCM syndrome differentiation are currently popular research topics for FQZNK.Knowledge graph is one of the basic projects to realize artificial intelligence.The knowledge graph constructed in this paper can realize the digitization of the knowledge system of FQZNK,which is helpful for future scholars to learn and study FQZNK and better master the knowledge system of FQZNK.At the same time,it provides the research foundation for the development of the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis field of FQZNK,and also provides help for the intelligent application and research of the knowledge of FQZNK.3.In this study,Cite Space software,Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing Platform(V3.0),Neo4 j map database and other modern information technologies were used to conduct data management and mining research on the knowledge related to FQZNK,providing objective and quantitative data for studying Fu Shan’s academic experience and medication rule in distinguishing and treating gynecological diseases.In addition,some new knowledge and new prescriptions have been mined to provide references for the inheritance and development of new theories and experiences of TCM,and to help realize the objectification,standardization and theorization of the inherited academic experience of famous doctors’ classics. |
