Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of The Treatment By Improving The Anatomical Structure In The Blepharoplasty

Research BackgroundWith the continuous progress of social production and unceasing improvement of economic level,people’s tolerance to the plastic and cosmetic surgery is getting higher and higher and the amount of plastic and cosmetic surgery is increasing year by year.The blepharal plastic and cosmetic surgery has steadily been ranking on the top among various kinds of surgeries and the most common one is blepharoplasty,in addition to the correction of upper blepharochalasis,surgery of pouch repair,and etc.Each surgery has basically formed a fixed method.However,due to the particularity of eyelid anatomy,postoperative edema develops easily and fades by inches,and time is a cost.In this case,how to simplify the surgery,shorten the operative time and recovery time while ensuring the postoperative effect has become the focus and difficulty of blepharal plastic and cosmetic surgery.1 ObjectiveBased on the modified method of the classical blepharoplasty with incision and the correction of upper blepharochalasis for the youth,this study is to explore a method to simplify the operation,shorten the operative time and recovery time,and in the meantime,to provide a solution with postoperative effect,suitable for the patient’s own conditions,as well as to provide basis for clinical application.2 Method2.1 Blepharoplasy with improved and reconstructed anatomic structure of upper eyelidTotal 78 cases of patients who would like to receive the blepharoplasty in the outpatient department of our hospital were randomly selected,and were randomly divided into the control group of blepharoplasty performed with sutured and fixed the"orbicularis oculi muscle-uplifting the upper eyelid aponeurosis" and the experimental group of blepharoplasty treated with forceps clip method of "anterior the fascia of orbital septum-loosing anterior tarsus tissue".There were 39 cases in each group.Follow-up visits were performed for 6 months after the operation.The postoperative change of the width of double-eyelid line,the swelling classification of the upper eyelid tissue and the patients’ satisfaction degree of both groups were compared and analyzed with statistics.2.2 Correction of upper blepharochalasis while retaining the anatomic structure of upper eyelidTotal 72 cases of patients who needed to take the correction of upper blepharochalasis in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected,and the patients chose the surgical method by themselves.There were 36 cases in the control group performed with incision method of conventional blepharoplasty and 36 cases in the experimental group treated with incision combined with continuous buried suture.Control study was carried out and follow-up visits were performed for 6 months after the operation.The operation time,the postoperative detumescence time and the patients’ satisfaction degree of both groups were compared and analyzed with statistics.3 Results3.1 Double eyelid plasty with improved and reconstructed anatomic structure of upper eyelidThe difference of tissue swelling degree immediately after the operation between the patients of two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of the change of double-eyelid-line width and the score of swelling in operation area on 5d and 30d after the operation are statistically significant(P<0.05);There es no statistical significance in the difference of postoperative satisfaction evaluation between the two groups(P>0.05).3.2 Correction of upper blepharochalasis while retaining the anatomic structure of upper eyelidThe differences of operation time,recovery time and postoperative satisfaction evaluation between the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Conclusions4.1 Double eyelid plasty with improved and reconstructed anatomic structure of upper eyelidThe natural anatomic structure of upper eyelid is reconstructed by the forceps clip,effectively shortening the edematous phase of upper eyelid after the blepharoplasty.The postoperative double-eyelid line is natural and smooth in outline.In consequence,this kind of operation method is worth being promoted in clinical application.4.2 Correction of upper blepharochalasis while retaining the anatomic structure of upper eyelidThe incision combined with continuous buried suture for the correction of upper blepharochalasis in youth is a mature,reliable and sustainable method with stable effect for the correction of upper blepharochalasis.The operation time and the postoperative detumescence time of the experimental group are markedly shortened.The satisfaction degree is relatively high and it is easily to be accepted by the young groups.Therefore,this method is suitable for promotion and application in the population with indications.
