Global economic integration is an inevitable trend of historical development that promotes the interconnection of economic activities between various regions of the world,and promotes regional economic development.General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the symposium of experts in the economic and social fields and pointed out that “We must promote the formation of the new development pattern in which the domestic economic cycle plays a leading role with the domestic and international economic cycles complementing each other”.The realization of the“National Economical Circle Strategy” requires optimizing the regional industrial association methods and promoting the establishment of China's regional industrial association network based on the industrial association structure and inter-regional industrial association characteristics in each region of China.However,most of the studies believe that historical conditions,the similarity of resource endowments,and government behavior have led to the phenomenon of industrial isomorphism among regions in China,which has seriously inhibited the degree of regional industrial relevance.Scholars mainly focus on the motivation and measurement of industrial isomorphism and the impact of industrial isomorphism on the regional economy.The existing conclusions explain the impact of industrial isomorphism on the regional industrial association to a certain extent.Still there are also some shortcomings,such as rarely considering the network relationship in the method.The relationship between the regional industrial association and industrial isomorphism is affected by the inter-regional industrial spatial association network and the intra-regional industrial association network.Therefore,from the perspective of the network,a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics of China's regional industrial association and the status quo of regional industrial isomorphism,and then based on the mutual influence mechanism between them,exploring the relationship between regional industry associations and industrial isomorphism,which are essential and urgent for formulating regional industrial policies,optimizing regional the industrial layout effectively promotes the construction of regional industrial association networks,forming a "domestic cycle" pattern,and promoting the healthy and orderly development of the regional economy.The research contents,ideas and main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First of all,based on the realistic background,this thesis reviews the current situation of the research on the regional industrial association and industrial isomorphism,explores the mutual influence mechanism of regional industrial association and industrial isomorphism,clarifies the key points and problems of this article,and refines the research content and goals.Secondly,through the analysis of related theories such as industrial economics,regional industry isomorphism theory,industrial network theory,and game theory,this thesis will extract the relationship theory of regional industrial association and industry isomorphism under the network perspective.Thirdly,this thesis measures the association characteristics of China's regional industries from the network perspective.To ensure the reliability of the data,this paper selects the official input-output table data of various regions published by the National Bureau of statistics.The input-output table of each region is compiled every five years.So far,the input-output table data of each region in 2017 is the latest data,and the relevant input-output data used in other chapters of this article are based on this.First of all,based on the national financial industry classification standard,this part unifies the statistical calibers of the industrial sectors at different times;then,from the network perspective,this part analyzes the characteristics of China's regional industrial relevance;and finally this part uses the network fluctuation theory to measure the extent of the impact of industrial correlation characteristics on the fluctuation of total industrial output,and the decay rate of the fluctuation.The empirical findings: the important industries in the industrial association network of the traditional four major economic regions are relatively concentrated,that is,the important industries have a high degree of isomorphism.Where important industries are mainly concentrated in the TOP5 industries in each region,and the important industries in the traditional four major economic regions are mainly traditional basic industries and regional characteristic regional industries;Affected by the characteristics of the industrial association network in the different areas,industrial shocks have an impact on the total industrial output of different regions.The effect of the production output differs significantly.Correspondingly,the attenuation speed of industrial shocks varies greatly.Where the total fluctuations of the first-order and second-order industrial association between the central and eastern regions showed an upward trend and then a downward trend,while the western and northeastern regions showed a downward trend and then an upward movement;the overall decay rate of China and the traditional economic regions have shown a trend of the first decline and then rise.Fourthly,this thesis measures the spatial association characteristics of China's inter-regional industries from the network perspective.First,based on the inflow and outflow data of various industries and provinces,this part uses the gravity model to construct the inter-regional industrial spatial association network;and then explores the characteristics of the inter-regional industrial spatial association network;finally,it uses the OD spatial interaction model to measure the degree of influence of the influencing factors of the characteristics of the inter-regional industrial spatial correlation network on them.The empirical findings: the industrial spatial association network among the four traditional economic regions presents the features of industrial category concentration and regional concentration.From an industrial perspective,important industries are mainly in traditional basic industries and resource endowment-related industries.From the standpoint of spatial characteristics,the inter-regional industrial spatial correlation network presents the features of "dual-core" association regions and multi-structure holes;Within a certain critical distance,total output,industrial production tax net rate,labor rate of return and operating surplus rate significantly influence the characteristics of inter-regional industrial spatial correlation network.Fifthly,from the perspective of the network,this thesis calculates the degree of China's industrial isomorphism.At first,this thesist analyzes the status quo of China's regional industrial isomorphism and compares and analyzes the results of different industrial isomorphism measurement models;Next,based on the network perspective,constructs industrial isomorphism measurement indicators and measures the degree of industrial isomorphism in China;Finally,based on the calculation results of the degree of industrial isomorphism from the network perspective,analyzes the spatial characteristics of China's industrial isomorphism.The research indicates: from the perspective of the temporal and spatial distribution of regional industrial isomorphism,the results of the measurement of industrial isomorphism under the traditional and network views show that,although the degree of industrial isomorphism between the two regions in China has declined overall,there are industrial isomorphism areas with a higher degree of structure,and there is a big difference in the same structure of industries between and within different regions.From the perspective of method comparison,the results of the measurement method under the network perspective are generally lower than the measurement results of the traditional way,that is,the traditional measurement method may have an overestimation phenomenon;From the results of spatial correlation characteristics of industrial isomorphism coefficients,whether from a global perspective or a local perspective,the critical distance has a significant impact on the spatial correlation significance of the two network-based industrial isomorphism coefficients.Finally,measuring the relationship between China's regional industrial association and industrial isomorphism from the network perspective.Firstly,this thesis uses the correlation coefficient to explore and analyze the degree of correlation between China's inter-regional industrial correlation and industrial isomorphism;then,this thesis uses the OD spatial interaction regression model to measure the degree of influence of industrial isomorphism on the characteristics of inter-regional industrial spatial association networks;Under the way of industrial consumption correlation,combined with the attributes of industrial products and the game method,this thesis theoretically clarifies the influence mechanism of the intra-regional industrial association network and the inter-regional industrial association degree on the same structure of the industry,and conduct a simulation analysis on it.And the final research found that: from the perspective of the correlation coefficient between China's inter-regional industrial association and industrial isomorphism,as a whole,the industrial isomorphism in the local or surrounding areas has a negative correlation with gravity of the local or surrounding industrial supply.From the perspective of the impact of industrial isomorphism on China's inter-regional industrial association,within a certain critical distance,the increase in the degree of local industrial isomorphism has a significant inhibitory effect on the increase in the gravity of local industry supply.In contrast,the increase in the degree of industrial isomorphism in the surrounding areas has a significant effect on the supply of the region.The improvement of capacity has a promoting effect;the industrial heterogeneity of the source area has a promoting effect on the industrial gravity proportion of the source area.The industrial isomorphism of the area around the source area has a restraining impact on the industrial gravity proportion of the source area from the perspective of China's regional industrial association on the industrial isomorphism.Also from the perspective of the network,under the industrial association caused by the consumption,when the same industrial products in the two regions are at the same time substitutable and complementary(or independent),the cost will be affected.As a result of information asymmetry,the industry in a region with information advantages will adopt price fraud strategies(over-quote prices)to obtain more benefits,reduce the income of the sector in another region,and change the region through the industry value association network in the two regions.The degree of intra-industry relevance and inter-regional industrial relevance has led to changes in the degree of inter-regional industrial isomorphism;When the same industrial products in the two regions are completely replaceable,the industry in both regions will adopt low-price strategies to obtain more benefits,forces the industrial products in another region to withdraw from the market,thereby changes the degree of industrial relevance within the region and the degree of inter-regional industrial relevance,leads to changes in the degree of inter-regional industrial isomorphism.Furthermore,the higher the position of the industry in the regional industry-related network,the greater the more significant impact on the industrial isomorphism.Based on the above conclusions,there are mainly the following policy implications:(1)Each region should effectively integrate informatization and intelligence with various industries(mainly traditional industries and resource endowment industries),cultivate new alternative industries,enhance regional industrial association,and at the same time strengthen the competitiveness of regional industries which reduces the degree of industrial fluctuations caused by economic shocks through the industrial association network;(2)Each region should reasonably formulate policies on talents and industry taxation,strengthen transportation infrastructure,and promote the exchange of production factors among regions,so as to improve the degree of inter regional industrial correlation through the inter regional industrial spatial correlation network;(3)Each region should be based on its own industrial advantages and the characteristics of industrial associations with surrounding areas,establish an effective regional industrial division and cooperation mechanism to promote the establishment of an effective inter-regional industrial network in our country;(4)At the national level,Building a coordination mechanism for regional industrial taxation and prices can reduce the negative impact of excessive competition on regional industrial isomorphism through regional industrial association network.Compared with the current research,the innovations of this article are as follows:(1)According to the industrial classification standards of China,the industrial statistical calibers of 30 regions across the country have been unified,which is ensured that the influence of industrial correlation structure characteristics on industrial fluctuations and the rate of attenuation of fluctuations is more comparable in terms of time,industrial dimensions and industrial association strength;(2)At present,scholars mainly focus on the analysis of the impact of inter-industry inter-regional industrial relevance and total amount on inter-provincial flows.Based on the network perspective,this paper uses the OD-based spatial interaction model to measure the impact of structural factors such as the net production tax rate,labor rate of return,and industrial profit rate of the source,destination and surrounding areas on the gravity proportion of the source of industry.In addition,this paper also measures the degree of influence of other influencing factors that have not been taken into account on the proportion of the source's industrial supply gravity;(3)The measurement indicators of traditional industrial isomorphism mainly consider the proportion of total output such as output value,and rarely consider the similarity of industrial association structure.Based on the design idea of the traditional industry isomorphism index,from the network perspective,this paper utilizes the input-output relationship between industries.It considers its special data structure(including the negative value of some added values),designs a measurement index of regional industrial isomorphism based on the industrial association network;(4)Traditional research on industrial isomorphism mainly focuses on the impact of industrial isomorphism on inter-regional industrial linkages,and seldom considers the influence of regional industrial linkages on industrial isomorphism from the perspective of the network.There is a less quantitative analysis of it.From the standpoint of the network,this article quantitatively analyzes the impact of regional industrial linkages(including intra-regional and inter-regional industrial association networks)on the industrial isomorphism based on the consumption linkages of industries.
