Research On Multi-objective Optimization Model And Complexity Of Industrial Structure Of Eco-city Mode

Faced with the problem of unbalanced regional development,the “eco-city” model is currently being explored in some areas as a new urban development model,and has achieved good investment and construction results.In this paper,the new model of ecocity is regarded as an economic system,in which the formation and development of industrial structure are not caused by unilateral factors or isolated regional phenomena,but restricted by various external environments.Macro level,this paper established a multi-objective industrial structure optimization model for buffering eco-city between “central developed cities” and “nearly developed counties and cities”,and optimizes the proportion of investment in various industries in “eco-city”.The city and its connected central cities and surrounding counties and cities have the best development goals.The classical non-dominated sorting multiobjective genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)is combined with the structure of the optimization problem in this chapter to solve the problem.Micro level,this paper design and set up the growth of the complex industry network evolution model,constructed based on the enterprise “influence” and “diversity” mechanism of the emergence of evolution.By investigating the characteristics of industrial networks,network influence and network entropy with evolution The changes in the rules have discovered and analyzed the different stages of the emergence,development and emergence of industrial networks.The study found that,on the macro level,industrial structure's optimization results can be a government of the basic foundation of related industrial investment and policy support.The reasonable structural ratio guarantees the maximum use of resources and the minimal damage to the environment,and is also the common development of different industries.The basis of different industries can also be interconnected,cooperate and compete,and generate new industrial structures.The government to further optimization,form a resultant force of the development of a virtuous cycle.On the micro level,for the actual construction of eco-city industry,we should encourage a wide range of cooperation among various enterprises,and try to avoid the situation where a large number of enterprises concentrate their cooperation on some individual enterprises.The scope of cooperation between new enterprises and existing industries in the ecological city is not the bigger the better,but a trade-off between the main indicators such as “influence” and “diversity”.
