Diagnosis And Treatment Mode Research Based On Cognitive Methods Of Life And Disease In TCM

Obj ective:This study intends to explore the theoretical connotation of life and disease cognition from TCM,and summarize the differences between the connotation,characteristics,advantages of TCM diagnosis and treatment modes and combined with clinical research,so as to contribute to the inheritance and development of TCM life and disease cognition methods.Methods:This study plans to explore the diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM life and disease cognition from the two aspects of theoretical research and clinical research.Theoretical research discusses the academic connotation of TCM understanding of life,health and disease.Clinical research analysis tutor professor Cao Hongxin outpatient medical records,specify the corresponding standard,exclusion standard,the original data extraction to meet the standard cases,including patient number,name,gender,age,address,treatment time,main symptoms,tongue pulse,traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,western medicine diagnosis,main evidence,prescription medication,number of agents.All elements of medical cases were statistical analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results:Chinese medicine thinks primordial Qi is the origin of all generation,as human beings life from primordial Qi Yin and Yang and the essence of parents,constitute the life of Yin and Yang in addition to sympathetic changes,also need Yin and Yang and harmonization,human life contains two systems,is the unity of shape,spirit,qi is to promote the development of human life.Human life process experiences periodic changes of life,long,strong,old and dead,and each stage presents different physiological characteristics.The health view of traditional Chinese medicine is directed to "harmonization",which is mainly reflected in the harmony of the internal and external environment of the human body.The "harmonization" of the human internal environment is reflected in its own shape and adjustment,and the "harmonization" of the human external environment is the "harmonization" of the human and natural environment and the "harmonization" of the human and social environment.The cognition of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly manifested as the imbalance of Yin and Yang,positive and negative diseases,the overall examination,the diagnosis of the combination of disease evidence,multiple methods,leveling the view of treatment and early intervention,and the strategic view of treatment without disease.The clinical study results showed that thi s study included 16 72 eligible cases,including 724 men,948 women,age 2～92,average age(47.18±16.76),there were 41 cases aged 1～10,67 cases aged 11～20,171 cases aged 21～30,2 8 8 cases aged 31～40,331 cases aged 41～50 and 428 cases aged 51～60.It covers all stages of human life,long,strong,old,and dead.In the disease name statistics,5 6 3 patients with 2 diseases and 5 24 over 3 diseases.There are 3 3 3 sick names of western medicine and 87 sick names of traditional Chinese medicine,widely involving internal medicine,external medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,andrology,dermatology,ENT,ophthalmology and other clinical departments.Taking 29 patients of viral myocarditis included in the study,it was divided into acute period,relocation delay,chronic period and sequelae period.Different stages and syndrome manifestations are also different.On the basis of mastering the treatment of the overall onset and evolution law of the disease,they were obtained corresponding prescription drugs in each period,achieved the whole process treatment.Conclusions:(1)The most fundamental advantage of TCM is that it forms a people-centered theoretical system and diagnosis and treatment model based on people’s observation,practice and research,and finds,proposes and solves problems in people."People-oriented" is the significant character of TCM diagnosis and treatment model.(2)The advantage of TCM diagnosis and treatment mode is the perfect combination of scientific,humanistic and artistic characteristics in general,full-cycle and whole-process diagnosis and treatment.(3)Giving full play to the advantages of TCM diagnosis and treatment mode,"curing disease" can effectively intervene in sub-health,which has important practical significance.
