Research On The Dynamic Thinking Of Syndrome Differentiation Of Seasonal Febrile Disease And The Treatment Of Clearing Ying And Relieving Exterior Syndrome Interfering In The Dynamic Expression Of Th Cytokines Of Mice Infected By Influenza Virus

This paper studied the mechanism of clearing Ying system and relieving exterior syndrome therapy ie. relieving exterior syndrome to facilitate qi movement assisted by clearing heat in Ying system to nourish nutrient yin in the initial stage of febrile disease and supported the scientific basis for clinical treatment and improvement of clinical efficacy.The dynamic thinking and source of syndrome differentiation of seasonal febrile disease as well as modern viewpoint of“reverse therapy”in febrile syndrome differentiation were summarized in our research. Guided by syndrome differentiation according to perpetual motion of six meridians in Treatise on Febrile Diseases, treatment of clearing Ying system at the same time of relieving exterior syndrome and Qingying Jiebiao mixture were found to treat exogenous diseases with nutrient heat constitution combined with the dynamic transmission of Wei, Qi, Ying, Xue system in febrile disease. Treatment of clearing Ying system and relieving exterior syndrome was explained by dynamic epistemology and syndrome differentiation according to perpetual motion and was studied with animal experiments. Results: Qingying Jiebiao mixture protected mice infected by influenza virus from death, improved lesions in pulmonary tissue, reduced lung index and hemagglutination titer, adjusted the immune function by improving the phagocytic function, proliferation of lymphocyte and dynamic expression of Th Cytokines.Treatment of clearing Ying system and relieving exterior syndrome was made according to modern characteristics of environment and constitution so as to grasp the character of nutrient heat constitution with holistic thinking based on perpetual motion. This paper made new ideas on syndrome differentiation according to Wei, Qi, Ying, Xue system and enriched the contents of syndrome differentiation in exogenous diseases.
