Abstract/Summary:
The Finite Time Laplace transform analysis of periodically reverse switched capacitor is exploited to obtain a description of the periodically switched capacitor as a deduction. Semi-null functions are inherent in both switched capacitors and can be removed by post sampling and the use of staircase function input signals. Active and passive switched capacitor networks are analyzed. Transfer functions and immitances for these networks lead to the realization of basic analog signal processing functions.;Techniques for design and realization of digital low pass filters, digital notch filter, digital complementary notch filters and digital equalizer are presented. Narrowing a notch filter by means of a cascaded complementary notch filter is emphasized. The notch filter and its complementary notch filter are combined to form equalizers.;Periodically reverse switched and periodically switched capacitors are sufficient to simply produce a wide range of signal processing devices without early encumbrances of transfer switched and polyphase switched capacitors.;Pulse impedance addition and pulse admittance addition discretize an analog circuit. The equivalent wC and dC pulse impedance for resistor, inductor and super-capacitor are obtained. RC networks are transformed to wC and to dC discrete networks. RLC networks require an RC active realization of the inductor. A new RC active simulation for an inductor is obtained.
