Integration And Innovation Of Value Chain And Supply Chain Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resource Industry Based On Sustainable Development

The prominent characteristic of TCM resource industry is that it relies on TCM resource as the source of supply chain and the input source of value chain,and exports the final products to consumers at the end of supply chain through value-added and value-creating links of different links of supply chain.Due to its low resource utilization efficiency,low green value and high external environmental damage value,the traditional Chinese medicine industry has a high potential of green productivity development.In supply chain management practice,however,the companies focus on technical building supply chain model,based on the business perspective to explore integrated traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)model of the supply chain solutions and measures,from the perspective of the supply chain as a whole solving the problem of the green development of traditional Chinese medicine industry has not been effective solutions,a large number of valuable accounting and economic data are difficult to fully exert advantage,value accounting and control cannot be effective implementation.This study based on the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,on the basis of material flow,supply chain integration value stream analysis,according to the value stream map building used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of green supply chain productivity analysis theory basis and accounting framework of supply chain and value chain integration analysis,put forward the effective path of supply chain green productivity and the corresponding policy recommendations.Firstly,this paper sorts out the academic history and research trends of value chain management and green supply chain,expounds the connotation of Chinese medicine resource value chain and the connotation of green productivity of Chinese medicine supply chain from the perspective of Chinese medicine resource value chain expansion,characteristics and influencing factors,and expounds the theoretical framework of Chinese medicine supply chain analysis from the perspective of value chain.Secondly,this paper expounds the current situation of the development of green productivity in the supply chain of traditional Chinese medicine from the composition and comparative advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the pharmaceutical industry and the existing problems and difficulties of the analysis method of green productivity in the supply chain of traditional Chinese medicine,and expounds the basis and process of the integration analysis of the value chain of traditional Chinese medicine industry and the supply chain.Thirdly,an analysis framework was built based on the green value stream map to analyze the components of each chain in the TCM supply chain,identify the source of "waste",and design the economic and environmental indicators of the supply chain.Through the calculation of the economic index and environmental index of the supply chain,the quantitative measurement framework of green productivity of the supply chain is innovatively designed,and the feasibility of it is demonstrated by using the data of private enterprises.It provides an evaluation method for the green productivity level of the supply chain of traditional Chinese medicine resource industry.Fourthly,this chapter analyzes the five strategies of green supply chain management(API reduction,raw material replacement,waste recycling,product replacement and product recycling),and analyzes the green productivity improvement strategy of traditional Chinese medicine supply chain through analytic hierarchy process(ahp).Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions for the improvement of green productivity in the supply chain of traditional Chinese medicine industry,which should be regulated from multiple dimensions,such as government regulation guarantee(detailed environmental protection tax law),corporate responsibility awareness promotion(extended producer responsibility system)and public consumption guidance(protection of public environmental right to know,promotion of right toparticipate and green consumption guidance).Fifthly,the paper analyzes that recycling of traditional Chinese medicine waste is the best strategy to promote green productivity in the supply chain of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is also an important link to realize value extension and value appreciation in the value chain of traditional Chinese medicine resources.And astragalus root,for instance,this paper discusses the radix astragali oral liquid wastes reuse in the supply chain of the strategy,and use the green productivity index formula of GPI astragalus draw liquid supply chain value stream map,can improve the GPI in different stages of the supply chain compared before and after the change.Based on relevant research at home and abroad,this paper hopes to make breakthroughs in the following aspects:Focusing on the value flow of each link of the green supply chain from the perspective of value chain,the paper integrated and analyzed the operation rules of material flow and value flow,and for the first time in China systematically explored the integrated analysis framework of value flow and material flow of TCM supply chain,expanded the theoretical analysis of green productivity of TCM supply chain,and expounded the relationship between improving green productivity of supply chain and value chain value extension and creation.A Chinese medicine supply chain green productivity evaluation method is proposed:the economic benefits of internal resources flow,the external environment analysis of formation damage evaluation of fusion value graph model,establish the green productivity performance evaluation index.The index in concept structure,the present value circulation form,measure basis and data collection process,has the certain breakthrough and innovation.According to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine supply chain,this paper analyzes the promotion strategy and realization mechanism of green productivity of traditional Chinese medicine supply chain with analytic hierarchy process,and empirically studies the measurement framework of green productivity to realize application innovation.
