In the 21 st century,informatization has played a more extensive and profound role in social and economic development.Information resources have become important factors of production,intangible assets and social wealth,and information has shown its huge productivity in industries such as industry and agriculture.For agriculture,the fundamental outlet is determined by modernization.Agricultural modernization is the foundation and support for national modernization,and accelerating the development of informatization in the field of agriculture is not only way to realize agricultural modernization,but also will play its leading role.It can be seen that in the era of Internet and Internet of things,promoting the coordinated development and joint role of informatization modernization and agricultural modernization is an important way to achieve rural revitalization and solve issues “ concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers”.Not only the strong integration and industrial relevance of informatization can promote the economic and social development of rural agriculture and the comprehensive development of agriculture,rural area and farmers can further accelerate the process of informatization,the two interact and promote each other,so as to realize their coordinated development.However,due to the late development of informatization in China and the weak nature of agriculture,though the application level of informatization in the field of agriculture has been continuously improved in recent years and has made great contributions to the process of agriculture modernization,but there is still a big gap between China and developed countries.Therefore,at present,most areas of China are still in the state of insufficient coordinated development of lagging-type informatization.In this context,it is an important issue of current social and economic development to clarify the specific development level of China's infromatization and agricultural modernization and to study how to further improve the coordinated development of the two.In view of this,this paper based on the agricultural economics,information productivity,industrial economics,new geographical economics,management and other relevant theories and methods,using the quantitative analysis methods of coupling,grey relational analysis,entropy,stochastic effect model,cluster analysis,etc.,according to discovery problem-based on the relevant theory of the use of empirical research methods to analyze problems--according to the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to solve the problem,systematically studied the development of China's informatization and agricultural modernization and the two's interaction,so as to provide some useful reference for promoting the coordinated development of informatization and agricultural modernization in China.First of all,according to the development trend of world informationization and agricultural modernization and the basic reality of China's informatization and agricultural modernization development,to elaborate and analyze the interaction mechanism between the two and the development history of China's “informatization and agricultural modernization”.Informatization is a multiplier for traditional agriculture to increase productivity.Information technology is one of the important representatives of modern high-tech science and technology.The comprehensive promotion and application of modern information technology in the field of agriculture is an important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the completion of agricultural modernization;the improvement of agricultural modernization level will also promote the application and promotion of information technology in the agricultural field,stimulate the demands for information technical innovation,thus further accelerating the information process.Secondly,on the basis of referring to the existing research on reference informatization and agricultural modernization,combining the actual development of informatization and agricultural modernization in China,and integrating the availability of data,this paper used the evaluation index system of 33 indicators from 31 provinces and cities from 2003 to 2016,and calculated the corresponding weight by entropy method.Based on this,this study will calculate the comprehensive development index of informatization and agricultural modernization,and analyze the spatial-temporal evolution trajectory and influencing factors of the differences between informatization and agricultural modernization in different regions since 2003.The research shows that per capita financial expenditure on supporting agriculture,per capita electricity consumption and agricultural labor productivity are the three factors that are most closely related to agricultural modernization,while domain nameownership,Internet broadband access port ratio and mobile phone ownership rate are the three factors that are most closely related to informatization.Then based on the panel data of the development level of informatization and agricultural modernization of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2016,further quantitative analysis of the coordinated development relationship between the two.The degree of coupling model and coordinated development model are used to evaluate the relationship between informatization and agricultural modernization in China,and the characteristics of time and space evolution,influencing factors and development direction are analyzed.The results show that from the perspective of time series changes,the average annual growth rate of China's informatization and agricultural modernization is 7.72%,and the growth trend is relatively stable.From the perspective of spatial changes,the coordinated development of “informatization and agricultural modernization” has increased to varying degrees.The coordinated development of “informatization and agricultural modernization”in coastal developed areas such as Beijing,Shanghai,Tianjin,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian and Guangdong is clearly in the leading position in the country.Especially in Guangdong Province,as a big agricultural province in China,combines the informatization development well in the process of developing modern agriculture,which is not only a big agricultural province,but also a strong agricultural province.However,among the other big agricultural provinces except Guangdong,Hubei,Hunan,Sichuan,Jiangsu,Heilongjiang,Liaoning and other regions have a good foundation for agricultural development,but the level of agricultural modernization needs to be improved.Based on the results of the coordinated development of “informatization and agricultural modernization”and the interaction mechanism of “informatization and agricultural modernization” in each region,the current status of the coordinated development of the informatization of agriculture in 31 provinces and cities in China is divided into the benign interactive and coordinated development type of “informatization and agricultural modernization”,the interactive development and initial coordinated type of “informatization and agricultural modernization”and the interactive imbalance and interactive development type of “informatization and agricultural modernization”,and choose the typical region in turn on the case analysis,providing some useful reference for the country and the rest of the coordinated development of“informatization and agricultural modernization”.Finally,based on the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of informatization and modern agriculture have been proposed.
