As market economy steps into complex and global circumstance,knowledge becomes one of the most valuable and strategic resources in organizations.Due to its immense profits,many enterprises invested a lot in knowledge sharing,and spent large amount of time and money to improve knowledge management methods,such as exploring Knowledge Management System and adopting the most advanced information technology to accelerate the accumulation,reservation,sharing and transmission of knowledge.The enterprises hope to promote knowledge sharing through Knowledge Management System.However,many systems could not take effect.As an advantageous factor,tacit knowledge becomes a kind of strategic resource,which decided the social status of employees in the organizations.Those who have special knowledge will enjoy more material benefit and distinctive status,but if the knowledge is shared with others,the superior status will be sacrificed.Therefore,knowledge sharing becomes a complex personal communication in organizations,and it arouses interests for scholars to study the “social dilemma” phenomenon.The existing research about tacit knowledge were mainly focused on empirical or modelling method,which was lack of dynamic and real-time characteristic.In enterprises management,the psychology and behaviour of employees may change according to the difference of time and condition,while the interaction among employees will present non-linear character.According to this,Multi-Agent Simulation method should be a good solution to solve this problem.The paper will use social dynamics,psychology,game theory and computer technology to study tacit knowledge sharing among enterprises employees,and will analyse the psychological feature,motivation,decision of knowledge sharing behaviour,as well as knowledge sharing network structure and game evolution.The paper aims at supplying new perspective to enterprise knowledge management and providing effective suggestions to help promoting enterprises' knowledge management.In the first place,the paper introduced the practical significance and theory of tacit knowledge sharing of enterprise employees at the first part of the dissertation,and made systematic analysis to the definition,connotation and performance of tacit knowledge sharing successively.It devoted to find out the breakthrough point to do better researches on tacit knowledge sharing.Enterprises questionnaire survey was adopted to understand status-striving,psychological contract,and employees' willing of knowledge sharing.Secondly,combining salary reward and status-striving,and study the decision mechanism and evolution law of employee's tacit knowledge sharing behaviour.Game theory and Multi-Agent Simulation method were adopted in the research.Not only considering the employee' willing of participation in the tacit knowledge sharing,but also considering effect of the different levels of knowledge sharing.Through simulation software parameter experiment,the theory model can be changed into simulation model,and its sensitivity can also be analyzed.Thirdly,the research used Relative Agreement Model to design the dynamic evolution model to show employee's interaction on tacit knowledge sharing.Based on prospect theory,the fourth steps combined employees' psychological contract and game theory,and using Multi-Agent Simulation method to design decision model to show different employees' tacit knowledge sharing behaviour.Considering the influence of different types of employee psychological contract and the proportion of shared decision-making and behavior of tacit knowledge,the paper strived for making simulation experiment to prove it.The last part of the paper made conclusions to the results and creativity of the research and offer some suggestions to enterprise knowledge management.The limitation and future research direction were also presented in the paper.
