In the era of big data and the paradigm of data-intensive research,the management of scientific research archives requires new methods and new methods.In view of the problems of poor correlation of scientific research knowledge and low utilization of scientific research archives resources in the current scientific research archives management process,this research has established a scientific research archives management model based on knowledge graph to integrate scientific research institutions and scientific research in scientific research archives resources from the knowledge level.Elements such as projects,scientific research achievements,and personnel are related to and integrated with the knowledge units extracted from project assignments,contracts,and research reports,enriching the semantic relationship of scientific research archives,promoting the upgrade of scientific research archive management systems,and improving the management level of scientific research archives.It has important theoretical and practical significance to support scientific research unit management decisionmaking,intelligent management of scientific research archives,and in-depth development and utilization of archive resources.This paper uses the literature analysis method,expert interview method,system analysis method,case analysis method and knowledge graph construction method and theory,etc.to analyze the current status of scientific research file management mode,collection,processing and storage,condensing scientific research file management The requirements of hierarchical processing,diversified association and decision support provide the theoretical basis and support for carrying out research archive management research based on knowledge graphs.The following conclusions are obtained through research,and the research results are somewhat innovative:(1)Studied the process of constructing knowledge graph for scientific research file management.Through the comprehensive analysis of the construction elements of knowledge graph(knowledge unit and semantic relationship),the field of application of knowledge graph is summarized from the perspective of practical application,which lays the foundation for the construction of scientific archives knowledge graph and the design of scientific archive management system.(2)Constructed a scientific research archives management model based on knowledge graph.Realize the fine-grained entity identification of scientific research files through data analysis,deep disclosure and entity extraction process.Combining Nanopublication and CERIF models,designing a scientific research archive resource description system and constructing a multi-dimensional correlation model of scientific research archives.Based on the ontology editing tool Protégé,using the resource description framework RDF and OWL language,inheriting the use of the existing more common metadata such as EAD,DCMI to build a scientific research archive knowledge graph model,the personnel,institutions,achievements and other entities and scientific research archive resources knowledge level Research tasks,implementation plans and other entity semantics are concatenated together.Further deepen and improve the semantic association of scientific research files through deep-level knowledge fusion and reasoning.(3)Constructed a prototype of scientific research archives management system based on knowledge graph.The scientific research archives management model based on the knowledge graph builds a prototype of the scientific research archives management system that covers the entire life cycle of archives management,including data analysis layer,intelligent recognition layer,semantic association layer and intelligent management layer.Using the scientific research archives of the Agricultural Information Research Institute as a data source,the functions of intelligent collection and archiving,automatic extraction and association,and semantic enhancement are realized,which improves the semantic relevance of scientific research archive resources and improves the efficiency of scientific research archive management.(4)Analysis of application effect of scientific research archives management system based on knowledge graph.In order to verify the practicability of the scientific research archives management system based on the knowledge graph,the scientific research archives management system based on the knowledge graph was compared with the traditional archives system in terms of knowledge recognition granularity,multidimensional knowledge relevance,and knowledge fusion and utilization.The application results show that the management of scientific research files based on knowledge graphs is feasible and has good application prospects.
