The Man Chou Pao was first published on July 24,1922 and closed on July 31,1937.It became a very influential Chinese newspaper in Northeast China at that time. The Man Chou Pao was inextricably linked with the Japanese colonial institution "Manchuria Railway".In order to fulfill the requirement of "drawing the affinity of the people of the two countries by the power of culture",The Man Chou Pao successfully attracted readers and formed a unique political culture with supplements, and exported colonial consciousness continuously and imperceptibly. The Man Chou Pao haved a total of 25 supplements, extremely influential, led to the rapid increase in newspaper circulation. The close combination of colonial political "requirements" and readers ‘cultural "needs" has brought great success to the establishment of The Man Chou Pao.In 1937,shortly after the founding of the puppet Manchukuo,The Man Chou Pao basically completed the task of cultural colonization in the early stage of Northeast China, and came to an end in the great historical trend.Today,The Man Chou Pao has become a unique historical existence and an important historical material to restore Japan's cultural colonization in Northeast China. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the study of newspapers in the period of Manchukuo, but there is almost no comprehensive and systematic study on the supplement of The Man Chou Pao.The theory of political culture makes it possible for us to outline a basic form of political culture from the mass media. From the perspective of political culture, this paper takes the supplement of The Man Chou Pao as the research object to uncover the "tip of the iceberg" of Japan's cultural colonization of Northeast China. The paper will carry on the panorama combing to Supplement of The Man Chou Pao.The whole chapter of the paper is carried out according to the supplement category and specific supplement of The Man Chou Pao.Through the analysis of the supplement of The Man Chou Pao,we can clearly see that Japan's cultural colonization in Northeast China, with the help of Chinese traditional culture, realizes "de-Sinicization",separates the existing national identity, and then achieves the purpose of making people identify with "Manchukuo" people, and enslaves the people in Northeast China in ideology. From the perspective of political culture, the supplement of The Man Chou Pao has clear boundaries of political expression, political issues revolve around the concept of "three countries" such as "China,Japan and Manchuria",spare no effort in the judgment that "Manchuria" is "country",and "Manchuria and Japan" goodwill is a clear boundary of political topics. The supplement of The Man Chou Pao,tries to shape the common political personality of different groups of people under colonial rule and form personal identity and value identity of "Manchukuo National".Under the colonial political ecology, the supplement of Manchukuo Daily generally reflected the unique co lonial political culture and successfully exported the power-oriented value orientation to the people.Only literary and artistic supplements are slightly special. It can be said that among the supplements of The Man Chou Pao,only the literary and artistic supplements show the phenomenon of alienation from colonial politics, and even the resistance to colonialism. As the main media tool at that time, newspapers recorded history, but also tried to reshape people's cognition and thought to influence history. In a word,as an important newspaper in the period of Manchukuo,The Man Chou Pao,with its unique form of existence, became the epitome of the social form at that time, which enabled us to peer into the process of the spread of colonial political culture in the period of Manchukuo.
