The rapid rise in the global expansion of the platform and organization,are a profound impact on the continuous transformation of industry competition and business models,more and more platform organization become globally dominant enterprises.In 2017,all five of the world's largest companies by market capitalization will be attributed to the success of the platform organization model:Apple,Google,Microsoft,Amazon and Facebook.On the one hand,with the continuous development of platform organizations,a highly complex and networked cross-team collaborative model has been formed between organizations,the organizational boundaries are becoming more and more blurred,the collaborative relationship between organizations is becoming more and more complex,and the various organizations have evolved from the traditional competitive relationship to the ecological collaborative relationship.On the one hand,complex platform organizations are facing more and more serious platform governance problems,ecological conflicts are breaking out,and the uncertainty of innovation behavior is becoming higher and higher.All of these questions to us:what kind of platform organization can effectively avoid ecological conflicts?What are the generative mechanisms between different collaborative networks and ecological conflicts?To solve the above problems,the existing research has made some achievements,but there are obvious shortcomings:one is the existing research platform for enterprise organizations will be more independent,ignoring the platform Cross organization and cross team collaboration network structure shows the integrity and ecology;the second is more attention from the micro level The relationship between platform organizational innovation behavior and organizational conflict is discussed.However,the research on collaborative network and ecological conflict is insufficient,and the research on its internal mechanism is also obviously insufficient.Based on the above realistic and theoretical background,this study takes the platform organization's ecological conflict as the research breakthrough point,focusing on "why and how did the platform ecological conflict occur?" This basic problem,combined with the research results of platform economy theory,multi-team collaboration theory and organizational ecology theory,starts from the key factor of platform Organization collaborative network,establishes the theoretical framework of platform Organization collaborative Network-innovation behavior-ecological conflict.Specifically,the theoretical framework of this paper can be subdivided into three closely related sub-issues:what are the concepts,types and analysis methods of platform Organization collaborative networks under the trend of platform organization ecology?What is the static relationship between the collaborative network of platform organization,innovation behavior and platform ecological conflict?How does the collaborative network,innovation behavior and ecological conflict of platform organizations evolve dynamically in the whole process of ecology?In order to solve the above questions,this paper reviews and combs the classical and latest literature in the fields of multi-team collaboration theory,platform organization theory,organizational innovation theory,and organizational ecological governance,in order to find the theoretical gap and the entry point of this paper.On this basis,the third chapter of this case is 4 platform organization,to carry out exploratory case study,through the analysis of case and case,combined with the existing theory,formed a research framework.Chapters 4 and 5 make a deeper theoretical analysis of the relevant theoretical literature,put forward the research framework and hypothesis propositions,and use 12 platforms of case data and data,using csQCA analysis method to test the hypothesis propositions.Chapter 6 pushes the research from static to dynamic,and studies the dynamic evolution process of "platform Organization collaborative network-innovation behavior-ecological conflict" in different stages of platform organization development by using vertical case study.Through the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Under the background of platform ecology,the concept,description method and analysis method of platform Organization collaborative network.This paper defines the platform Organization collaborative network in the context of platform ecology as "a collaborative network with certain ecological structure characteristics composed of platform organizers and participants based on platform rules in the process of platform ecology".This paper presents a method of describing platform Organization collaborative network with semi-structured interviews and questionnaires as the main data collection methods and UCINET 6.0 as the main tool.On this basis,a collaborative network analysis method based on collaborative network structure(high cohesion and low coupling,high cohesion and high coupling,low cohesion and high coupling,low cohesion and low coupling)and collaborative network relationship(symmetrical network trust,asymmetrical network trust)is proposed.(2)In the collaborative network of different platform organizations,the innovative behaviors of platform sponsors and participants show different characteristics,which leads to the occurrence of platform ecological conflicts.The results show that:firstly,when the network relationship is asymmetrical in the platform organization of high cohesion and low coupling collaborative network structure,it will induce opportunistic innovation behavior;secondly,when the network relationship is asymmetrical in the platform organization of high cohesion and high coupling collaborative network structure,it will induce reciprocal opportunistic innovation.New behavior;third,in platform organizations with low cohesion and high coupling network structure,when the network relationship is asymmetrical,it will induce reciprocal opportunity dual-dominant innovation behavior;fourth,in platform organizations with low cohesion and low coupling network structure,when the network relationship is asymmetrical,it will induce.Reciprocal opportunity dual-dominant innovation behavior;fifthly,in the collaborative network relationship of platform organizations,whether it is opportunistic innovation behavior or reciprocal innovation behavior,reciprocal opportunity dual-dominant innovation behavior,may lead to the occurrence of platform ecological conflict.(3)The platform Organization Collaborative Network-Innovation Behavior-Ecological Conflict presents a dynamic evolution process with the different Ecological stages of the platform organization.The results show that:firstly,different platforms correspond to different platforms' cooperative network structures at different Ecological stages,which is reflected not only in the structure of platforms' cooperative network,but also in the network trust relationship of platforms' organizations;secondly,the pursuit of symmetrical network trust relationship is the process of platform Organization Ecology The common motive of all participants,in different ecological stages,symmetrical network trust has promoted the ecological development of platform organizations;thirdly,when the network relationship of platform organizations is in an asymmetrical state,each participant has the motivation to take different innovative actions to promote the network trust tends to symmetrical relationship,at the same time,each level The choice of innovation behavior is restricted by the collaborative network structure.That is,in the process of platform ecology,it will be manifested in different types of innovative behavior(opportunistic,reciprocal,and reciprocal opportunities dual-dominant);and four different types of innovative behavior may lead to the occurrence of ecological conflicts.Compared with the existing research,the innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in the following two aspects:(1)On the key concept,this paper defines the platform organizational collaborative network(including network structure,network trust),innovation behavior and so on,puts forward the measurement and characterization method of platform organizational collaborative network,and platform organizational collaboration.The dynamic evolution analysis method of network relationship is helpful to promote the development of platform organization theory.(2)In order to open the black box of platform ecological conflict from the perspective of multi-team collaboration,this paper combines the micro multi-team collaborative behavior with the macro collaborative network structure and ecological conflict research.It not only emphasizes the constraints of the whole collaborative network on innovation behavior,but also emphasizes that ecological conflicts are deeply affected by the whole collaborative network.
