In present era,e-commerce which is commercial transaction activity carried out by computer technology and network technology is becomes social mainstream.Under the background of trade globalization,low cost and high efficiency of e-commerce contribute to international trade development to some degree.As information technology keeps improving,the activity efficiency under systematic network platform and ecommerce improves.Under e-commerce background,the distance between transaction parties becomes close.Thus,target groups increase to some degree.E-commerce becomes the main transaction mode of international trade.To promote international trade development,it is required to give full play to the advantage of e-commerce and improve economic growth speed.In 2017,Cross-border e-commerce sales reached $500 billion-,while global online trade is expected to soar to $2 trillion by 2019,presenting multi-channel retailers with limitless business opportunities for international expansion.In China and the US alone,billion online shoppers surf the web each day for the best deals.Global acquirers can help retailers with innovative solutions to overcome challenges posed by serving a diverse audience with varying consumer expectations,in multiple languages,solutions which can make cross-border ecommerce domestic and truly profitable.the practice of e-commerce in developing countries face many barriers,including political factors,economic factor,technological factor,social factor,environmental factor and legal factor,Although the use of e-commerce is gaining high gains in international trade between countries because of the electronic commerce affect in Reduce the effects of geographical isolation,Providing and sharing information e-commerce in the future.The analysis of the result is based on the theoretical part of the author's point of view.In China the social indicators of e-commerce are expected to become the largest market for e-commerce in the world in 2020(1)worth more than US $ 300 billion of ecommerce,30 billion US dollars,including through a mobile device and,E-commerce is still constituted only 8% of total retail at present,but with 190 million online shoppers there is significant growth potential.to analyze e-commerce in china should analyzed Presences of cross-border e-commerce,Problems Existing in Cross-border E-commerce and Barriers of Cross-border E-commerce find that the biggest barriers of e-commerce in china in Logestic,payment methods,tax rebate,and transaction disputes.in order to china take a lot of procedures to fix this problems.This study investigated the influence and relation between e-commerce on international trade and the construct of factors impact on use of e-commerce in developing countries;more specifically in china.The study further validated the proposed model empirically in order to find the weight of factors(political,economic,environmental,technological,social,and legal factors)in e-commerce to find the impact of factors affect on e-commerce in china.Finally,For china,the era of cross-border ecommerce will provide both opportunities and risks.In this newly connected world,businesses both large and small face a clear choice: be part of the momentum or fail.The paper seeks to investigate by and large all the operant for these opportunities and challenges of chines e-commerce is facing with respect to cross borders.The world is changing with the speed similar to that of light where things are moving to single markets and concepts of self-sufficiency.A theoretical model was proposed,and two statistical methods were used to formulate models and test predictive power: Multiple Linear Regression(MLR)and Ordinal Logistic Regression(OLR).It was find there is significant relation between ecommerce and international trade,and that the political factor,economic factor,technological,social factor,legal and environmental factor would have a significant of factors impact on e-commerce in china.Results showed overall significant models of the six aforementioned factors in impact factors on e-commerce.Moreover,results demonstrated that political factor,economic factor,technological,social factor,legal and environmental factor were significant for impact on ecommerce and in international trade in china,while legal factor was not found to be significant.It was also found that the significant factors were responsible for 75% of the variance in impact factor of ecommerce in international trade.This study includes two important contributions.Investigate the significant relation between e-commerce and international trade and the factors that contribute to influencing the use of emerging business technology in international trade in China.The results of the study will help us identify the factors that can build and block cross-border e-commerce in China.This study will also help us understand trade perspectives on challenges and opportunities through the development of cross-border ecommerce in China.The paper will address recommendations and suggestions on overcoming barriers and taking advantage of the opportunistic potential of developing countries as an investment area.and The findings of the study also lead us to draw another some recommendations,that can further improve the current ecommerce prevalence in china,and the data will serve as an aid and tool for future research studies on this topic,and also serve as a framework for support policy decisions.
