For the diseases,biomarkers generally refer to some characteristic biochemical indicators that can be objectively measured and evaluated in general physiology,pathology or treatment process.By testing it,we can get the process of organism's current biological process.The examination of a biomarker play an important role in the identification,early diagnosis,prevention of disease and monitoring in the process of treatment.However,due to the limitations of the existing algorithms,the research for the same kind of complex diseases,biomarkers of different research institutions are not consistent,this has been questioned by people of these markers in clinical application and high-throughput technology reliability,the urgent need to introduce a reliable marker for the identification of new algorithm.On the viewpoint of system biology,we have discussed the complex disease markers from three aspects based on pingpong algorithm model.A new method of identifying drug targets for complex diseases based on Pingpong algorithm is proposed in this paper.Through the study of various traditional drug target identification method of operation mode,the integration of considering the interaction between different data sets,‘drug-gene' and ‘drug-gene set' module,screening drug targets by biological analysis.This method and other traditional drug target recognition algorithms are applied to the NCI-60 cell line drug response and gene expression data simultaneously.This method has the advantage of two aspects in recognition ability and computation efficiency,which verifies that the recognition method is more effective.Taking the TNM staging system as the research goal,a new classification method for complex disease staging is proposed in this paper.This method uses the ping pong algorithm model with analysis from a global perspective,the characteristics of the different dimensions of data module,the clinical sample data for the bridge construction ‘mRNA-clinical samples-lncRNA data set',the quality control,enrichment analysis,screening of complex disease representative stage markers.The method is applied to the analysis of esophageal cancer data,and two markers module with esophageal cancer staging is screened out.Biological analysis shows that this method is effective.A method for identifying complex disease markers based on table tennis algorithm andrandom walk strategy is proposed in this paper.This method uses the table tennis model to construct the ‘mRNA-lncRNA' interactive network,and on this basis,the disease markers are screened by random walk.The method is applied to the identification of esophageal cancer markers,and the results are compared with t test results of classical identification methods.The data show that mRNA and lncRNA obtained by this method can be used as markers for esophageal cancer and identify multiple T test biological markers.The method of network configuration based on mRNA and lncRNA based on individual characteristics,and analysis of the interaction between mRNA and mRNA,mRNA and lncRNA,lncRNA and lncRNA,data show that this method has high accuracy and validity,provides a new way for the identification and analysis of disease markers.
