The concept of “the Change of Family-state Relationship” as defined in this article refers to the change, adjustment, and logic of the state-family relationship since the founding of New China. In general, the changes in the relationship between the country and the family in the urban society mainly experienced three stages: the family clan's "out of order",family politics "embedded",and the adaptation and transformation of the family-nation relationship. The first two phases were mainly promoted by the state, and its essence was to use the concept of socialism to transform the traditional family, and then to establish a "family-dependent system." Since the reform and opening up,the "socialist dependent system" of urban society has been dismantled, the borders between the state and the family have gradually become clear, and the relationship between family and country has entered a new stage: On the one hand, the status of urban families expressing their own will, emotions, interests, and appeals has become prominent.Family selection space has expanded, and on the other hand, structural tension between the state and the family has emerged.Based on this, the question raised in this paper is: How does the transition of the relationship between family and country shape the life of contemporary urban families? This article examines the “double non-HK-resident parents” family in the historical context of the changes in the relationship between the country and the family in the urban society.Relying on family research related theoretical resources, the “double-non-family” family as the research object, the analysis of the “two-unity” family formation process, system Roots, patterns of life, family planning strategies, and interaction patterns between families and countries are used to present new trends in the changes in the relations between the home and country in urban societies, and to evaluate and reflect on changes in the relationship between family and country.Judging from the concept, the " the Double-non-HK-resident Parents Family " mainly refers to a family of Mainland couples who have not obtained Hong Kong identity and at least one child who has obtained Hong Kong status. From the perspective of the development process, the " the Double-non-HK-resident Parents Family " has roughly experienced four stages of development: the origin of the problem, the establishment of the status, the expansion of the quantity, and the shrinking of the control. From the perspective of traits, the number of "double-family families" is huge and growing rapidly.Their family life, emotional attachment and social identity, and family vision are split and projected in different institutional spaces in the Mainland and Hong Kong, and are squeezed under the social structure.,shape a "cross-border living condition."First of all,the article analyzes the logic of the changes in the relationship between the family and the country behind the “double non-HK-resident parents” family's reproductive behavior. The typical nature of the " the Double-non-HK-resident Parents Family " is that although its fertility behavior is regulated by the national family planning policy,it is expressed along the gap of the national birth control model system in the context of social transformation.Fundamentally speaking, the origin of the “enclave” that forms the fertility landscape of contemporary urban families is that the transformation of the country's birth control pattern and the differentiation of its governance effects do not match with the differentiation of China's social structure and are not synchronized. The "dual structure" of urban social birth control makes it possible for some families outside the system to get rid of the country's "one-child" birth control policy. The "two-family" fertility boom shows that the state still retains influence in the field of family reproduction, but it has shown a trend of decline. The "double-family families" succeeded in evading the country's birth control system and practicing family-oriented selection, demonstrating the structural tension between the birth wishes of the contemporary urban family and the country's birth control model. The "two-non-family" fertility practice is not only the result of the adjustment of family-state relations since the reform and opening up,but also the result of social differentiation brought about by market-oriented reforms. At the same time,it is also the result of the deep involvement of Chinese families in the globalization process.Secondly, based on the “cross-border living status” and the derived household work issues of “double-non-family” families, the article explains the internal mechanism of domestic-government relations, shaping the internal mechanism of housework division of labor and the logic of “two-unity” family subjectivity in building life order.Focusing on the issue of housework centering on child rearing, the "double-non-neighborhood" family has built a multi-dimensional and complex network of housework and labor.First of all, taking the small family as the center, following the traditional path of gender division of labor, expanding the concept of recreating the “parenthood”,realizing the reproduction of cultural capital and family, shaping the core circle of housework;secondly, the functional transformation of the traditional family relationship, weaving The telescoping and orderly intergenerational support network constitutes the middle circle of housework. Finally, through the call for market-based household work resources,it seeks a social support network for housework labor to make up for the insufficiency of the above-mentioned housework and constitute the outer circle of housework. There are significant differences in the functional orientation, form content, and emotional limits of housework in different spheres.Parent-child relationships, interests, and emotions take into account the intimate relationship and emotional emotional market relationships. They infiltrate from house to house to work in different spheres of housework. The circularization of domestic work shows that “double-neighborhood” households have a keen insight into the changes in the relationship between the family and the household and their influence on housework. They integrate family resources and strength to maintain the reproduction of families centered on children's education through maximizing the integration of family resources and strength. In order to respond to the structural pressure brought about by the rush to and mitigation of changes in family-state relations,it reveals the ability of the urban family to expand and adapt to changes in the family-state relationship. This is also the key to understanding the "cross-border living conditions" of "double-family" families. Finally, the article explores the issue of the transformation of the home-country interaction model.Changes in the relationship between family and country make urban families free from the shackles of “dominant” family-state relations that have dominated the country in the past, making “double-non-family” able to interact with the state in the role image of actors, and relying on the system.Or institutionalized channels of opinion expression exert influence on the will of the state,decision-making,and action, thus building an “active” family-state relationship. The “active” family-country relationship highlights the strengthening of the relationship between family and country control and family status. This means that the boundaries of the state and the family are mutually open, infiltrated, and interact with each other. This is the result of the transformation of the country-state-driven relations between the state and the modern governance system, and is also the result of the active involvement of contemporary urban families in the construction of family-state relations. The article brings the " the Double-non-HK-resident Parents Family " into the perspective of sociology and expands the cognition of the "double-family" family in the academic circle. It fills the academic gap in a certain sense. In the article, the “double-non-neighbour” family was placed in the context of changes in the relationship between home and country. It was discovered that the family is not a passive passive recipient under the impact of social changes, but is actively embedded in the social structure and transformation process and generates social development processes. The important influence. The change of the relationship between the family and the family in the urban society follows the deregulation of the relationship between the family and the country and the development of the development and expansion of the modern core family. The family's emotions, needs, wishes, and appeals are expressed rationally, and the family's value and meaning are reassessed. In addition to injecting vitality into social life,it also provides social support for the transformation of contemporary society.Accurately understanding and grasping the changes and logics of contemporary family-state relations has become a prerequisite for the study of family policies and the construction of harmonious family relationships.
