This article is a study of the royal family of the two Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties.It aims to analyze the internal patriarchal relationship,the orthodox meaning of the ancestral temple,the political turmoil caused by the dispute between the big and the small,and the importance of the imperial power in the integration of power and inheritance.The Central Plains patriarchal system reconstructs a series of problems,such as the clan order,and attempts to outline the trajectory of the patriarchal form by observing the historical process of this period.In short,the research object of this paper is the royal family,and the research perspective is the patriarchal ritual system.The patriarchal clan is the ancient system of Shang and Zhou Dynasties.The rulings of the Warring States are broken,and the patriarchal law does not have a complete institutional structure.It is attached to the ancestral temple,the prince,the service system,etc.,and still has an influence on the home country.During the period of the Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,the patriarchal law developed a new form,and its influence was seen in many aspects of the royal family and politics.The history of the two Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties has both destruction and reconstruction.What it destroys is the political tradition of the imperial power established by Qin Emperor and Hanwu,and the cultural tradition of Confucianism.In the fierce turmoil,the “reconstruction of the summer” has become a proposition given by history.Anyone who has been in this 400-year period can be regarded as the answer to this proposition.Confucianism in the Eastern Han Dynasty is the most popular.In the eyes of scholars,the three generations of the ancient times were the ideal society.Therefore,in the reconstruction movement dominated by the family,the return to the Qin and Han dynasties is no longer required,but the ancient system is taken.This historical dynamic in political culture has been revealed in Weiwu.The establishment of the Sima in the Western Jin Dynasty is even more obvious.The patriarchal law is an important part of it.As a patriarchal ritual,it is fundamentally intended to be more upright in the clan of the dear,so that there is a difference between the size and the age,the order of the young and the young,and the inheritance of the law.The system of patriarchal clan is based on the premise of the inheritance of the eldest son,and the service is the rule,with the ancestral temple as the map.The patriarchal form of the two Jin and
