New infectious diseases have the characteristics of rapid transmission,uncertainty,difficulty prevention and wide range,which have a great impact on human health,social development and economic construction.The information of medical institutions in various places is very scattered and cannot be effectively shared.At present,China’s infectious disease surveillance system cannot meet the needs of infectious disease prevention,and can not timely reflect the spread of infectious diseases or new infectious diseases.This problem as the background,this paper discusses the infection of the integration of heterogeneous information analysis,and try to build medical public information platform,designed for platform running comprehensive management mechanism,to optimize information resource allocation has made innovative and exploratory research.The main contents of this paper are:First of all,from the perspective of domestic and international development,based on the data analysis method is the main means to prevent the future of infectious diseases.In this context,this paper is based on the theory of heterogeneous information,information resources integration theory and big data mining and analysis theory.A new theoretical framework for epidemiological prevention based on infectious disease prevention strategies,the integration of information resources,big data mining and analysis,and innovative data management mechanisms was constructed to serve as a theoretical support for the paper.Secondly,this paper proposes a method to integrate the heterogeneous information of infectious diseases.First,the integration of heterogeneous information based on cloud storage for horizontal infectious diseases,and second,the integration of vertical medical information based on master data to achieve heterogeneous information for infectious diseases.Fully integrated.In terms of horizontal integration,for the mass information problem,this study implements the storage of information through cloud storage technology,and proposes a separate information storage model between summary data and complete data.In terms of vertical integration,this study focuses on the core information issue.This study achieves the selection and confirmation of stability and core data through master data,proposes standards for medical information master data,and constructs an overall framework for master data,technically The hierarchical architecture provides support for the technical implementation of the main data.Thirdly,this paper uses association rule algorithm to mine the medical information big data.Using data mining techniques,the massive data of the hospital information system is mined through the association rules technology,starting from the results of data mining,analyzing and summarizing the resulting information,and finding out new infections,transmissions,and infections of infectious diseases.The intrinsic links in the analysis of its association rules,in order to find a strategy for the prevention of infectious diseases.Finally,an innovative management mechanism specifically targeting the infectious disease public information platform was proposed.This study combines the integration model of horizontal infectious disease heterogeneous information based on cloud storage and the vertical medical information integration model based on master data.From the perspective of ownership,this paper discusses the cooperation relationship between the part of the use rights of medical institutions and platforms.We proposed a separate information storage model for abstract data and complete data,analyzed the cost-benefit of medical institutions under this model,and proposed a retrievable retrieval model,data structure,and charging model,which were used according to the differences.Improved program.On vertical integration,on the basis of the technology to achieve the main data,master data management system for the design,build and master data management strategy and process of combining the three layer architecture and four management process,in order to improve the efficiency of master data management.
