Study Of Ancient Literature On The Treatment Of Dementia With Acupuncture And Moxibustion

Object: Comprehensive collection and sorting of ancient literature,research methods of using TCM,combined with modern computer data mining technology,the ancient literature of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of dementia more comprehensive collection,collation,statistics and analysis of the therapy of acupuncture prescription,with points of law,summarizes the high frequency acupoints,acupoints and suitable needling moxibustion method.To explore the selection and compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of this disease,and to provide a reference for the clinical application and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of dementia.Method:Computer retrieval "Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine",were analyzed using the Microsoft Access database.Result: According to the "Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine" collected a total of 30 records,the use of acupuncture treatment of dementia had a total of 201 articles.Emperor’s Inner Canon in the Qin and Han Dynasties was the earliest prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion,which reached the peak in the Ming Dynasty.In the prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of dementia,the number of acupoints is mainly a single point.There are 107 articles in which a clear method of moxibustion is mentioned.In the prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of dementia,there are 62 acupoints in total,with a total of 289 frequency.The Shenmen(HT 7)is the most commonly used acupoint for the treatment of dementia in ancient times,followed by the Dazhong(KI 4)and the Baihui(DU 20).From the point of view of prescription meridian,acupuncture prescription in the twelve meridians and Du Ren has the distribution,in addition to extrachannel points.Among them,there is the most acupoints meridians Du,followed by Ren,heart,kidney,bladder.The point is all distribution,the most of the extremities,followed by the head.According to the attribute of acupoint,it is given priority to specific acupoints.Among them,from the classification of specific points,the intersection of five points is more common.In the 18 five points,the use frequency of the hole and the meridian point is high.Conclusion: The ancient doctors treat the disease most seriously with the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment.It is also true that the disease pathogenesis and the disease position should be deeply grasped,and the same is true of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of diseases.In ancient literature,dementia is a mental disease,and it is the key to select the etiology and pathogenesis of acupuncture and moxibustion.Because the etiology and pathogenesis of dementia are rather complex,it is usually caused by multiple pathological factors and multiple organs and organs.Therefore,we should comprehensively analyze the clinical symptoms in the selection of meridians,and identify the meridians and meridians after identifying the etiology,viscera and diseases.
