| As an important part of animal husbandry in China,pig farming provides the most important meat source for the society.With the rapid development of pig farming in China,pig scale breeding plays an increasingly important role in pig farming.Compared with free-range pig farming,pig scale breeding can better withstand market risks,provide a more stable source of raw meat for the community,but also has better economic benefits,better activate the rural economy.However,pig scale breeding produces a large and highly concentrated organic matter which is difficult to absorb by the surrounding land.So organic matter has become a source of pollution.With the rapid upgrading of the pig scale breeding,environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.In recent years it has been highly valued by the party and the central government.In view of the environmental pollution of pig scale breeding,the environmental behavior of pig scale breeding was studied from the perspective of pollutant discharge and pollutant control.The research work and main results are as follows:1.On the basis of explaining the current situation of the environmental behavior of pig scale breeding and the relevant theories,this paper used DEA model and other evaluation methods to evaluate and analyze coupling relationship between agricultural technological progress and agricultural environment level in China,the environmental efficiency and the carrying capacity of resources and environment of pig scale breeding.The result shows: From 2004 to 2015,the environmental efficiency of large-scale,medium-scale and small-scale livestock enterprises showed an overall growth state,but the continuous reduction of environmental carrying capacity has warned that the relationship between scale breeding and nature must be handled well.At present,the mutual promotion between agricultural technological progress and the level of agricultural environment in China has been reflected.In the work of further improving the environmental level of large-scale aquaculture enterprises,the importance of agricultural technological progress in promoting environmental behavior should be payed more attention.2.Under the background of changing sewage charges into environmental taxes,by constructing the evolutionary game model of enterprise environmental behavior under the adjustment of environmental tax rate,it studied how to make the enterprisecontrolling pollution completely.The result shows:dynamic adjustment is necessary;reducing the weight of economic indicators、enhancing degree of environment tax rate and reducing cost of government supervision are effective ways to increase the probability of enterprise adopting complete pollution control behavior;small production scale enterprise and degree for the enterprise which has highly control pollution at initial time have a low probability in the end.3.Aiming at the incomplete pollution control behavior of enterprises,from the perspective of enterprise emission,the game model of enterprise emission under the behavior of stealing discharging was constructed,and the optimization design of improving enterprise emission behavior under the behavior of stealing discharging was studied.The conclusion shows that enterprises with or without pollutant discharge ports have different emission behavior characteristics and need different supervision measures.For enterprises with pollutant discharge ports:(1)the environmental tax and related implementation regulations can not completely eliminate the illegal discharge behavior of enterprises,but can make the evolution process of pollutant discharge enterprises and local governments converged to a mixed evolutionary stable strategy;(2)he proportion of stealth discharge has a threshold value,which is the key to promote environmental behavior;limiting the proportion of stealth discharge below and then promoting the removal rate of pollutants is an important way to improve the environmental behavior of illegal pollutant discharge enterprises;(3)the small volume of stealth discharge should be seriously supervised.For enterprises without pollutant discharge ports,the probability of the enterprise taking complete pollution control strategy are in direct proportion to the expected loss of being ill,economic compensation criterion,reputation loss,the probability of Successful supervision of the local government department.The probability of peasant household taking supervision strategy are in direct proportion to psychological satisfaction profit of farmers’ successful supervision and reporting on enterprises’ pollution behavior,economic compensation criterion,the probability of Successful supervision of the local government department,and inversely proportional to the social relation needs.4.Aiming at the incomplete pollution control behavior of enterprises,from the perspective of improving the efficiency of enterprise pollution control,the effective way to improve the efficiency of pig pollution control at various stages was studied.Aiming at pollution of pig manure and urine,based on the theory of simplified in-tree model and System minimal feedback archetype set generation method theory,the system dynamics model of pig manure and urine pollution control was constructed.Feedback analysis showed that biogas engineering had a good positive effect on the treatment of pig manure and urine.Taking Jiangxi Taihua Animal Husbandry Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example,the simulation analysis shows that under the current policy,the biogas project of the farm has no economic benefit.On the basis of the existing two policies of power generation and government subsidy in Pingxiang City,the price of power generation increases by 20% and the government subsidy increases by 30%,the biogas project of the farm will have economic benefit.The conclusion reveals to a certain extent the internal reasons for the unsatisfactory operation effect of biogas projects and the incomplete treatment of pig manure and urine.Aiming at pollution of biogas slurry,the system evolution state of the biogas slurry,taking Ningbo Longxing eco agriculture technology development Co.,Ltd.as a realistic background,the game model of cooperative development of biogas slurry organic fertilizer with the participation of scale breeding enterprises and organic manure factories was constructed from the perspective of resource reuse.The result shows: organic fertilizer cooperative-development may converge to “good” state,but it may also be locked in “bad” state,and the “bad” locked state can be optimized by adjusting the model parameters;reduction of cooperation cost,increase of the subsidy and reduction of the biogas slurry,large scale is conducive to promote its stability;there is a threshold value for the cost of discharging biogas slurry from large-scale livestock enterprises.The unit cost of biogas slurry should be kept higher than the threshold value(the unit cost of treating biogas slurry by combining breeding),the worse the land resource endowment,the stronger the willingness to cooperate with biogas slurry and organic fertilizer,the more favorable the evolution of the system will jump out of the "bad" lock State. |
