The subsoiling cum rotary tiller machine(SRT)is the main direction for the development of plowing machinery in China.However,the SRT applied at the loam area in North-China Plain still has the problems of high energy consumption,serious straw blocking,strong vibration,etc.Therefore,in the view of consumption reduction,anti-wrapping,vibration reduction,the adjustable working order of SRT was designed in this paper.The main research results shown as follows:(1)The contact model and simulation parameters of soil particle-particle and plowing equipment-soil particle were determined,by analyzing the soil physical characteristic of the loam area in North-China Plain.Three types of soil DEM particles were established,which represents plough layer,plow pan layer and subsoil layer,respectively.Combined simulation and field test,The working process and fuel consumption of the Subsoiling-Rotary tillage combined machine(SRCM)and Rotary tillage-Subsoiling combined machine(RSCM)can be obtained by analysis,which generally be used in North-China Plain.The results indicate that the blade roller of RSCM force evenly,vibration low,and the subsoiler do not occurs straw blocking phenomenon.While for the RSCM,the subsoiler is easily straw blocking.By optimization,when the rotary tillage depth is equal or larger than 15cm,and subsoiling depth is equal or larger than 35cm,there has lower fuel consumption and better working operation for RSCM.(2)The relationship of positive or reverse rotary tillage blades' working quality,working depth and fuel consumption can be confirmed.Among which,the rotary blades of SRCM adopt positive rotation,and the rotary blades of RSCM adopt reverse rotary.High-Speed camera was applied,the blocking process of rotary roller can be observed,which can be divided into blade holder hanging grass,blade roller blocking with straw or grass and generating isolated layer.Meanwhile,the blocking force of straw or grass has the main relationship with straining force,blade roller-entanglement friction factor,the length of entanglement,and blade roller diameter,etc.(3)Analyze the soil breaking process of subsoiler,and establish the math model of broken blades'fuel consumption,blades' structure parameters and soil's physical characteristic.Based on the physical characteristic of three types soil,which include plough layer,plow pan layer and subsoil layer,the upper,medium and lower broken blade's height is 200mm,150mm and 60mm respectively,the angle of blade's cutting edge is 40°,45° and 42° respectively,and the thickness is 25mm.Furthermore,by the means of DEM simulation and field test,which verified that the broken blades can effectively decrease working resistance,reduce the blocking of straw or grass.(4)The combine machine adjusted working sequence of rotary tillage and subsoiler was designed.The subsoiler shovel with broken-blade was used in the sequence of combine operation of subsoiler and rotary.According to the soil layer characteristic after subsoiler,IT225-shorten blade and 2 combine anti-blades were installed in the rotary blade pan corresponding the V-shape subsoil area in the vibration reduction and anti-blocking and rotary component;In the uncultivated area,the IT245-long blade and one combine anti-blades was installed in the rotary blade pan;Different spiral arrangement were used at the shorten and long blades.The combine anti-blade was composited by anti-blades in circumferential and axial directions and the edge curve,thickness and edge angle of anti-blade was exponential curve,5mm and 30°,respectively.In the sequence of combine operation of rotary tillage and suanti-blocking roller and subsoiler component was designed based on the reverse rotation under the soil bsoiler,the reverse rotation layer.The length of subsoiler shovel with side wing was 150mm and its working width was 380mm;The arrangement of the reverse rotation blade roller was double helix.The rotary tillage blade holder installed circumferential anti-blocking blades was used and the exponential curve was used in edge of anti-blocking blade.The thickness of the blade was 10mm and the angle of edge of blade was 60° and the thickness of edge of blade was 0.5mm.(5)Field test showed that comparing with before optimization,the sequence of combine operation machine of subsoiler and rotary tillage or rotary tillage and subsoiler after optimized,the vibration acceleration were decreased by 29.62%and 35.83%,respectively and the operation power consumption were decreased by 14.21%and 15%,respectively.At the same time,the anti-winding effect of combine operation machine was obvious.After the operation of combine operation machine,the all related measurement of the soil surface roughness,soil bulkiness,vegetation coverage rate,soil fraction,and tillage depth met international standards.Compared with subsoiler,rotary and control group,the maize yield was higher operated by the combine operation of subsoiler and rotary tillage or rotary tillage and subsoiler.
