Based on directional system for corn seed,key technology research of corn directional seed belt automatic packaging processing system is completed.The integrated control of the two systems is carried out and the dynamic detection algorithm of the seed bearing is optimized,the following main conclusions are obtained:1.The overall scheme design and the key part design of corn directional seed belt automatic packaging processing system was completed,key parts including directional absorption-arranging mechanism,high-speed rotation glue mechanism,upper and down tape bonding mechanism,Constant tension winding mechanism.2.The software system was developmented,computer vision based on MFC corn directional recognition system is established;This paper put forward the method of regional centers for corn seed tips,deflection Angle recognition experiment found that regional center method to calculate shortest time for 46 ms,best detection accuracy is 99.5%;Image dynamic ROI area is established,through the germ face recognition algorithm contrast test,the RGB model-direct threshold method consuming short time 34 ms,the accuracy up to 100%.3.Through corn seed adsorption force analysis,establish the seeds in the suction flow stress model.Seeds in the suction flow stress model is established,orthogonal simulation test of corn seeds directional adsorption process shows that,influence of hole spacing and suction cone angle on velocity of air flow in the vertical and horizontal direction vy/vx,was significantly,influence of suction cone angle on the distribution of air velocity was significantly,influence of hole spacing on the mean air velocity very significant.By high speed photography test analysis,to determine the best suction parameters:suction cone angle is 60 cone angle,hole spacing is 1.5 mm and lateral plate width is 4 mm,selection 6~8 m/s as air velocity.4.Fuzzy-PID self-adaptive control technology was used to achieve constant tension winding in corn directional belt making,a fuzzy-PID self-adaptive controller was created.Finally,the software MATLAB is used to simulate,reasonable fuzzy-PID self-adaptive control,algorithm was got,and fuzzy-PID self-adaptive control algorithm was used in the actual tension control by Siemens S7-200 PLC core hardware control circuit,and winding experiment was carried out.Test results showed that:the fuzzy-PID self-adaptive has better dynamic stability and tracking performance compared to the conventional PID controller.5.Take 89c52,Siemens PLC s7-200 as the controller,realized integration control of corn directional belt automatic packaging processing system and directional system for corn seed.Study the structure of monitoring system based on kingview,and achieve the visual control system;indoor test of corn directional belt automatic packaging processing system was conducted.Through experiments and combined with the corn seed identification accuracy of image recognition,if speed of test plate running 3 r/min,recognition accuracy of system is 97.9%,the efficiency is 878/hour.
