Energy is the“blood”of the economy and society,an important basis for human survival and development,as well as the driving force to maintain the social and economic operation.Every industrial revolution in history was basically inseparable from the innovation in the types and ways of energy use,which promoted the development and progress of human society.The industrialization of human production and the modernization of human life are supported on the basis of energy.The existing energy system is mainly based on fossil energy,and coal,oil,natural gas and other resources are the main ways to provide power.However,with the rapid development of industrialization and modernization,in less than 300 years,the earth's coal,oil,natural gas and other fossil energy reserves have been nearly half of human consumption,and the rate of consumption is accelerating.At the same time that human beings consume a lot of fossil energy,a series of environmental problems such as smog caused by the use of fossil energy are threatening human health by an unprecedented situation.Energy consumption is increasing,environmental pollution continues,and global climate Rapid changes,limitations of existing structures,and prominent contradictions all indicate that this traditional energy production and consumption pattern has been unsustainable for more than 200 years.It is imperative to push energy for a new round of revolution.In September 2015,Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered an important speech on building a global energy Internet at the UN development summit.The speech was aimed at advocating the building of a global energy network with power as the core,promoting the efficient and green use of power and meeting the growing global demand for energy.This view is a historical transcendence and major innovation of the traditional energy development concept,opening up a new pattern of world energy development.The global energy Internet integrates various stages and industries,such as energy exchange,energy transmission,intelligent services,information exchange and market transactions.It is the basic form of regional and global energy networks representing the future of mankind.Accelerating the building of a global energy Internet is an inevitable requirement for promoting the interconnection of global power grids and the realization of world energy interconnection.It is also an inherent requirement for promoting the integrated development of energy,information and transportation.As the core of the third industrial revolution,the proposal and development of the energy Internet will certainly have an important impact on the overall planning of the development,allocation and utilization of energy and resources as well as the remodeling of various industries.It is of great significance for ensuring energy security,efficient and clean supply and promoting sustainable economic and social development.This article from the theoretical analysis and practical case supporting two dimensions,the rapid rise of the world's energy Internet core aspects of economic operation,the important effects of the allocation of resources and industrial optimization,the further study of the energy of the Internet resource allocation effect and industrial optimization effect,so as to provide theory for our country to develop the energy Internet support and support in the literature,and for the better development of our country energy Internet and play a better energy resource allocation effect and industrial optimization effect of the Internet put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of more targeted,So that China in the new round of energy Internet revolution to take the initiative to achieve better economic and social benefits.In this paper,various analytical methods,such as literature research,game model deduction,theoretical comprehensive analysis and case analysis,are used comprehensively to reveal the huge effects of the development of energy Internet on resource allocation and industrial optimization.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)detailed review of the literature on energy Internet.Mainly through the development of energy Internet and its evolution and other historical literature,to find out and clarify the research direction and research ideas.(2)by sorting out the existing literature and combining with the practice of my own energy unit(enn group),I summarized the development stage,development characteristics and technical support of energy Internet,so as to prepare the conditions and lay a good foundation for the theoretical analysis of the core chapter of this paper.(3)influence of energy Internet on resource allocation(resource allocation effect).Through the application of the current mainstream economic theory,combined with the characteristics of the development of energy Internet,technical characteristics,in-depth study of the impact of energy Internet resource allocation.Especially through the application of game theory and other analytical methods,the paper profoundly reveals the influence of energy Internet on energy allocation.(4)influence of energy Internet on industrial optimization(effect).With a review of the energy needed for the Internet technical support,using the theory of industry economics,analysis of energy development of the Internet and the influence of the technological innovation of our country industry optimization,combined with the energy development of the Internet industry,involved in both theory and practice analysis in this paper,the energy of the Internet industry optimization effect.(5)typical cases of energy Internet development.Through the analysis of typical cases of energy Internet development,the specific influence and embodiment of regional energy Internet on resource allocation and industrial optimization are explained in detail,which presents us an intuitive and three-dimensional feeling brought by the development of energy Internet.(6)through a detailed study of the existing problems in the development of China's energy Internet,combined with the previous theoretical analysis of this paper,put forward targeted countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of China's energy Internet,in order to better play the positive role of energy Internet in resource allocation and industrial optimization to provide reference and inspiration.The main findings and core viewpoints of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the development background and significance of energy Internet are sorted out.The current situation of energy Internet development at home and abroad is introduced.The characteristics,components and organizational structure of energy Internet are summarized and analyzed to provide some practical basis and analysis basis for the theoretical analysis later in this paper.The research finds that,firstly,the research on energy Internet in relevant literature is sorted out,and the essential characteristics of energy Internet are found to be open,equal,interactive and Shared.With renewable,distributed,interconnected,open,intelligent and other content characteristics;It also has the technical characteristics of non-linear randomness,multivariate big data and multi-scale dynamics.Secondly,it studies the development and conception of energy Internet,and holds that energy Internet is composed of Internet of things,information network,innovation technology platform,service process reengineering,system innovation and other contents.Thirdly,we find that the energy Internet is a dynamic development system composed of regional energy configuration energy Internet,multiple energy networks interconnection energy Internet,energy optimization utilization mode and energy Internet.Secondly,Through the application of game theory and other analytical methods,this paper focuses on one of the core topics of this study--the influence of energy Internet on the allocation of energy resources,that is,the resource allocation effect of energy Internet.Theory study found:(1)the energy Internet bring energy supply in the main body of resources allocation effect,in this paper,by constructing a dynamic game model of cournot competition found that with the increasing of power supply enterprises on the market,electricity prices are falling,and will eventually achieve full competition under the condition of the price level limit.In this process,the welfare of consumption(consumer surplus)is increasing,but the welfare of the whole society is rising.This indicates that the increase of power supply enterprises will improve and optimize the allocation of resources,which strongly proves that the energy Internet can significantly improve the allocation of resources and play a role in optimizing the allocation of resources.(2)in the resource allocation effect caused by energy Internet's spatial-temporal energy transfer,the research finds that the energy Internet can realize the trans-regional energy transfer and transfer the energy from abundant areas to scarce areas by virtue of large energy grid and uhv flexible technology,which optimizes the allocation of energy resources in space.The development of energy storage technology in the energy Internet can realize the intertemporal allocation of energy,so as to optimize the time allocation of energy resources,which also improves the efficiency of energy resources.(3)the information advantage and trading platform of the energy Internet and the sharing economy derived from it also optimize the allocation of resources.As the energy Internet perfectly builds a bridge between energy consumers and energy producers,some energy consumers can share some of their temporarily inexhaustible energy with the help of the energy Internet,and at the same time realize the value of this part of energy.This optimizes the efficiency of resource allocation and maximizes the application of idle resources.The energy Internet also alleviates the problem of incomplete information in the energy market and enables buyers and sellers of energy to reach agreements more effectively,which also optimizes resource allocation.(4)the energy Internet also has the resource allocation effect of energy structure transformation.The energy Internet will realize the transition from mainly relying on fossil energy to clean energy,and realize the large-scale replacement of electric energy.(5)energy Internet also has the effect of resource allocation in other ways.For example,energy Internet has obvious network external economy,which can improve the diversification of energy market products and significantly expand the depth of energy market development,etc.,all of which are conducive to the optimal allocation of energy resources to a certain extent.Thirdly,In view of the impact of resource allocation of energy Internet on industrial optimization and the importance of industrial optimization in China,this paper also focuses on the industrial optimization effect of another economic effect of energy Internet--energy Internet.Theoretical research shows that energy Internet,as a brand new energy technology revolution,is not only an important field of technological innovation,but also an incubator for cultivating strategic emerging industries.The development of energy Internet can significantly promote technological innovation.Through the analysis of the theory of literature found that technological innovation has obvious effect of industrial structure optimization,and the energy of the Internet,the technical innovation also has significant spillover effect,can use the knowledge spillover and technological diffusion effect of technology innovation,the implementation of technology and knowledge diffusion in other industries,is advantageous to the other traditional industry technology innovation and industrial optimization.In view of energy,of course,the Internet involves many industries,including electricity,heat,oil and gas,transportation and other industries,covering clean energy,new materials,electric vehicles,energy storage technology,information technology strategic emerging industries such as classes,have high technical threshold and industrial added value,represents the direction of the new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution,so basically belongs to the category of high and new technology industries,the expansion and growth of the industry,obviously can directly raise the proportion of new and high technology industries in the economy as a whole,thus improving the quality of industrial structure and quality.The fourth,this paper also USES case analysis to analyze typical cases of regional energy Internet and study the specific embodiment of energy Internet in terms of resource allocation and industrial optimization in detail,so as to prove the above theoretical analysis.Practice case study,through the Internet for energy specific case analysis and presentation,almost perfectly auxiliary illustrates the energy of the Internet,these effects,theoretical analysis of the front view provides a strong support,from the micro perspective,energy for a deep understanding of the Internet and its impact on resource allocation,industry optimization,provides a real and vivid,vivid interpretation.The fifth,analyze and study the problems existing in the development of China's energy Internet.In view of these problems and in combination with the above theoretical findings,put forward policy Suggestions to promote the development of China's energy Internet and give full play to the effect of energy Internet resource allocation and industrial optimization.Study found that first,based on the traditional fossil energy in the energy production and consumption patterns have been unsustainable,transformation of the mode of energy development and construction of global energy Internet,speed up the clean alternative and electric energy alternative,realize the large-scale development of clean energy,a wide range of configuration and high efficiency utilization is the important way to solve the problem of energy in our country.Second,energy,the development of the Internet is faced with weak infrastructure,the core technology to break through the development,policy and law is not sound,lack of benign mechanism of competition in the market,and financing,imperfect management,intermediary services and other issues,should improve the mechanism of the energy Internet development,encourage competition and improve the market mechanism,stimulate creativity and encourage innovation in the energy industry and energy to support the development of the Internet.Third,China's energy Internet is constrained by technologies and hardware facilities.We should strengthen the construction of energy Internet infrastructure,tackle key technologies of energy Internet,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of energy Internet.
