Fully mechanized coal face is a system of complex spatial distribution, which is composed of people, machines, and the environment. In this complex human-machine-environment system,it is very likely to cause accidents as miners' physiological and psychological conditions are greatly unstable and uncontrollable due to the influence of complex underground environment such as temperature, humidity, noise and illumination. Therefore, studying the relationship between environmental factors and human-caused accidents of the fully mechanized coal face is of great significance theoretically and practically to prevent accidents effectively and enhance the work safety. This thesis first analyzes the impact of major environment influencing factors under the fully mechanized coal mining face on miners' physiological and psychological conditions. Then a numerical simulation is made to the environment field of the fully mechanized coal face according to the foregoing major environment influencing factors and the distribution rule of each environmental field is obtained. The method of laboratory simulation is also adopted to establish a regression model to demonstrate how various environmental factors change physiological and psychological indicators of the human body(systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, rate pressure product and fatigue).Additionally, the thesis studies miners' reliability based on performance function and the Monte-Carlo method and establishes human reliability under various environment in the fully mechanized coal face.In combination of the real situation of Pingdingshan No.1 Coal Mine, this thesis measures physiological indexes of miners in the fully mechanized coal face and analyzes miners' safe working hours by relying on threshold value of physiological indexes of human body and major sensitive indicators measured. In the end,an early warning system for reliability of miners' physiological indexes is built based on performance function for human reliability and safe working hours.Major results and achievements of this thesis are shown as follows:(1)By applying the COMSOL numerical simulation software, numerical simulation is made to the wind speed field, wind pressure field, humidity field, temperature field and noise field in the fully mechanized coal face to achieve the distribution rule of the wind speed field, wind pressure field, humidity field, temperature field and noise field. And the DIALux is used to simulate the calculation of lighting of the working face so that an appropriate arrangement of lighting fitting in the fully mechanized coal face underground is put forward.(2)A regression model is set up,by which the relationship of such single environmental factors as temperature, humidity, noise, illumination and various physiological and psychological indicators of human body(systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, body temperature, rate pressure product and fatigue)is shown.Furthermore,a regression equation of multiple environmental factors and various physiological and psychological indicators of the human body is established to determine how each environmental factor impacts physiological indexes.(3)Human reliability model based on performance function is constructed, and a formula describing the calculation of miners' reliability is also presented to calculate human reliability under different environment in the fully mechanized coal face.By combing the results obtained from the numerical simulation to the environment field in the fully mechanized coal face,it is concluded that the human reliability values in the machine roadway area, the coal cutter area and the wind tunnel area are 0.9931,0.9705 and 0.9892 respectively.(4)In the site of Pingdingshan No.1 Coal Mine,a sensitive analysis is conducted of different physiological indexes of miners under various environments of the fully mechanized coal face, figuring out four physiological indexes which represent the highest sensitivity to environment,i.e.rate pressure product, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate.According to the grey GM(1,1)prediction model relating to miners' physiological indexes, the change rule of each physiological index with the passage of time is obtained through computation, and the miners' safe working hours are calculated as 5.8 hours based on the medically defined threshold value physiological indexes, which provides a theoretical basis for miners' underground working time.(5)Based on the reliability model and the early warning system theory,a scientific safety early warning system for coal miners is established by adopting the method of big data analysis, precisely achieving early warning of human reliability.
