In this study,27 families of the second generation seedling of Loblolly pine were used as test materials,and the wood density,fiber length and rensin yield were measured by the NIRs model.Meanwhile we have independently developed a set of loblolly pine ring analysis system,the ring width could be determined quickly and accurately using the system.The variation of woody propety,rensin yield,growth and ring width were analyzed using the hybrid linear model method based on REML and BLUP.Then the relationship between phenotype and heritability was analyzed.The genetic parameters of each trait index were estimated,and the breeding values of the family and individual plants of Pinus taeda were predicted.Using this results to choose the better families and individual plants of loblolly pine,which could be the third generation breeding material.At the same time,50 genus Pistachios were planted with the common genus Torch pine nuts and 46 isolates were used as genetic material to possess the common female parent.Based on the data of NCBI loblolly pine transcription group,bioinformatics analysis was used to evaluate the feasibility of sequencing of Rhizome RNAi.The sequences of the genome of the genus Pinus bungeana were constructed and sequenced.The functional gene map was constructed by Mapdisto software.The functional analysis of the loblolly pine was analyzed by using the correlation analysis of Win QTL Cart software.The main findings are as follows:1.The rensin content of loblolly pine has a high degree of variation and high heritability,and it can be used for the breeding of high yield and good strains.The length and density of the pine wood fiber were small,the fiber length was low heritability,and the heritability of wood density was relatively high.The growth characteristics of tree height and diameter at breast height were high,and the heritability of tree height was low.2.There were significant correlations between phenotype and genetic characters,and there was a significant correlation between the height and DBH of the growth traits and phenotype and genetic traits.The correlation between the yield and the growth trait phenotype.And the genetic correlation coefficient between the yield and the tree height was the lowest,and the genetic correlation coefficient of other traits was not significantly different.3.The family selection rate is 20%,individual selection rate is 15%,there are five families selected for the material and resin yield of better family.Because of the genetic material of the parents of the loblolly pine group,it is more difficult to obtain the excellent single plant.The genetic characters of the individual plants were significantly higher than the population average,and the genetic material enriched the breeding population,and the third generation breeding of the loblolly pine was the highest.Work is of great significance.4.Independent development and development of the applicable version of the Windows system,the use of Matlab software settings parameters,only in the Java environment can run the torch pine core wheel analysis device system and analysis software.The wheel analysis technology system is easy to operate,can quickly prepare the interpretation of the lunar pine ring traits of the width.5.The spring wood growth showing a decreasing trend,the overall growth rate of summer wood increased first and then decreased year by year,the overall growth ring width increased first and then decreased year by year.The spring wood,summer wood and ring width of loblolly pine increased the coefficient of variation can be large,the early selection would start in the 1-5 period.6.The heritability of total earlywood is 0.38 and the error is 0.17,the total heritability of latewood is 0.47,the error is 0.20,the heritability of total ring width is 0.43,the error is0.18.Heritability of early wood was significantly lower than that of other traits,suggesting that early wood was more susceptible to environmental variation.There was a significant phenotypic and genetic correlation between ring width,and there was significant correlation with DBH and density.Early wood and latewood compared to ring width,phenotype and fat yield and larger genetic correlation.7.Through RNA transcriptome sequencing,there were 15681 genes in 50 individuals loblolly pine,14147 functional genes in 46 individuals hybrid.Among them,about40% of the genes can be compared to the success of the whole genome of loblolly pine,which we refer to as a reference gene.About 60% of the functional genes were not found in the whole genome of loblolly pine.Loblolly pine and pine fire common gene sequence of 10659 gene sequences,unique loblolly pine was 5022 and the gene sequence has 3488 unique fire Garzon.8.When LOD=8,R=0.05,the best linkage map was constructed,which had total of 863 gene linkage groups with a total of 4986 genes,but there were too many low-density gene linkage groups.Because of pine N=24,we screened 12 high density gene linkage groups as the functional gene map of loblolly pine.The whole length of the functional gene map is 1573.94 c M with a total of 357 genes,genes and the distance between the average value within 5 c M.Functional gene mapping and linkage analysis were performed to obtain the functional gene 6,which was related to the lipid production.There were 2 functional genes related to wood density,and the other was related to the fiber content of 2.According to the comparison results of gene sequences in the NCBI database,238 genes related to the synthesis of pine gum were annotated.
