Objective: Based on the theory of Energy Balance and Obesity,we put forward two research hypotheses, and verify them by the experimental data.It aimd at exploring the physiological mechanism of the body achieve energy balance and the Does-effect relationship of weight loss and Energy Gap.With the intervention on exercise and diet, discussing the change of the energy balance factors and the effect of the change on weight loss. After the experimental intervention, tracking the change of the energy balance factors and the relationship between it and body weight maintain. What is more, tracking test the experiment index for scheduling characteristics of various index changes. Methods: Selecting 40 aged 10-11 obese children from one of Beijing primary school. To eliminate the interference of growth, obese children were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Children's three meals a day were eat in school,by nutritionists catering. On the weekend,Children eat three meals at home and the parent scale, record food type with the unified electronic scale.Exercise intervention was five times a week, every time for 60 mins.Studies include: 3 times baseline test, interventions for 8 weeks, tracking observation for 4 weeks and track test after half a year. The longitudinal tracking data was anilsised by Generalized Estimating Model. Results: 1 The effect of exercise with the diet intervention for obese children is 4.83 kg weight loss;RMR was fell 0.137 kcal/kg/h.2 From the parameter estimation results,3-4 kg and 2-3 kg weight loss are the RMR change interval; When the fat lose above 4.5 kg,RMR and skeletal muscle have significant positive correlation.3 Exercise with the diet intervention, the scheduling of each part of the obese children body surround degree: the waist, hips and thighs were lost for 1 week.Upper arm was for 2 weeks,Calf need 4 weeks to work.Percentage of size: waist > the upper arm surrounds > hip circumference > calf circumference thigh circumference.4 On higher level of EI,the lower TEE and weight change rate have a significant inverse correlation; While on the higher level of the TEE,the lower EI and weight change rate have significant inverse relationship.Conclusions:1 Resting Metabolic Rates is acted to control the speed of lossing weight.2 The oretical value of adjusting the EI or TEE to receive 3500 kcal of energy gap can reduce weight 0.45 kg was overestimate the actual weight changes. The concentration-response relationship between the tasted ?E and weight is: ? = 3.833-1.299 X?E1-1.299 X?E2.When ?E in the range of [-7.99-379 ] kcal/d,compared with the baseline weight, the body weight was lost by 2.5%;?E in the range of [-380--605 ]kcal/d,the weight loss was by 2.9%.3 Under 8 weeks of diet and exercise intervention, for the BMI equal to 26 of 10-11 years old children, weight loss 2-4 kg is the range that RMR significantly changed.4 On the exercise and dietary interventions, increasing content of skeletal muscle to improve the RMR of obese children need the fat loss > 4.5 kg,when the less fat reduced, the content of skeletal muscle change had little impact on RMR.5 In the exercise with the diet intervention, the waist, abdomen and legs of obese children are the easist to decrease, and followed by the upper arm, while the hardest part to decrease is the thigh. From the effect of intervention, the most obvious changed is the waist and the upper arm,the smallest change is the thigh.7 High energy intake and energy expenditure is not easy to weight gain;while the lower EI and TEE is easily to gain weight.
