| Chinese Herbal Tea(CHT)is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).It has its own advantages.But the majority of modern researches are based on experimental and clinical observation of CHT,including the impact of related diseases,efficacy and mechanism of CHT,and the clinical efficacy of self-made CHT.Chinese herbal tea has its own advantages.Overall,the scope of CHT’s study is scattered and lack of systematic analysis.Furthermore CHT in the current application(including clinical)lack of appropriate understanding.Firstly this study uses the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)to analyse and sum up the prescription rules of The Essence of Chinese herbal tea in the Palace of Qing Dynasty.Secondly,we can through the issuance of the questionnaire to the community to sample,statistics and analysis to in order to know people’s understanding of CHT and its current application.The text is divided into six parts,namely,foreword,the use of tea and the review of develop of CHT,using TCMISS analyze prescription rules of The Essence of Chinese herbal tea in the Palace of Qing Dynasty,the results(a),the results(b)and the modern application of CHT.The preface introduces the meaning and purpose of this study,defines the concept of "medicinal tea","Herbal Tea","CHT in the Palace of Qing Dynasty ","Chinese Herbal Tea",and clarifies the relationship between them.The second part firstly introduces the tea as madicine use from the legend of the era of Shennong,to the earliest only to see the name of the Western Han Dynasty records,and then to the Wei and Jin Dynasties on the efficacy of tea on the shallow understanding.Its medicinal value has not been systematically explored until the tea was included in the herbal books which began to be officially used as a traditional Chinese medicine in the application of traditional Chinese medicine.Secondly,we review the development history of CHT from the three stages.The third part introduces the research data and research methods of this research part.The fourth part,we analysis the prescription rules of the The Essence of Chinese herbal tea in the Palace of Qing Dynasty,through the various categories of the point.A total of selection from four kinds of CHT,containing "Heat-clearing CHT","Dampness-removing CHT","Digestion-promoting CHT","Invigoration CHT".And get the following results:The rules of " Heat-clearing CHT " are based on the methods of clearing heat with moistening dryness,Chufan,promoting digestion and cooling blood.Doctors of nobles in Qing Dynasty deeply knew that Heat-clearing drugs are cold and bitter,and easy to injure yin.At the same time heat syndrome itself will hurt fluid.Therefore,they are not blindly using the Heat-clearing drugs,but also used the drugs that had the effect of nourishing yin and promoting fluid production.And these drugs are more tasty,so that the taste of CHT is more delicious and easy to be accepted.The rules of " Dampness-removing CHT " are based on the methods of regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen and eliminating dampness and phlegm with eliminating dampness,clearing heat and so on.Doctors of nobles in Qing Dynasty deeply knew that pathogenic dampness can hinder the qi movement.And it also can transform heat and fire.Also can affect the water metabolism and further produce phlegm and so on.The rules of”Digestion-promoting CHT”are based on the methods of regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen and removing dampness with removing food stagnation.Nobles in the court of Qing Dynasty lived a pampered life whose food were mainly fat and sweet taste and physical activity was limited,.These reasons easily lead to food stagnation and hurt the spleen and stomach.For a long time,it will lead to Qi stagnation,then can transform heat and fire.Doctors of nobles in Qing Dynasty take into account the Food stagnation-removing drugs will hurt vital qi.So they use the dried tangerine peel as the main drug compatibility digestion drugs to play a decoction of the method to eliminate the purpose of pathogenic qi.The rules of”Invigoration CHT”are based on the methods of nourishing yin and promoting production of fluid with strengthening spleen,clearing heat and nourishing blood.Nobles in the court of Qing Dynasty lived a pampered life provide reference and help for future clinical work.This part investigates and analysis from four aspects---the "general situation","family income situation","Chinese medicine treatment and health care to understand the situation","on the understanding of chinese herbal tea and attitude".The population of this community is generally low level of education,occupation is mainly based on physical labor and family income is low.They understand the chinese herbal tea as a way of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of health care.And they think that the CHT with a simple production and is easy to take.But the actual use is not ideal.Most of the way to take are boiling water in the form of boiling water.They do not understand the way of using boiled with water.In addition,the situation is even worse which it’ s very little to use of CHT in the clinical.Most of the respondents took it themselves.Most of these tea recipes are obtained through health care programs.Respondents lack the basic sense of TCM syndrome differentiation.They are not according to their own situation to use the appropriate drug deployment of CHT.Only take it by using traditional curing knowledge. |
